Austin Hall Had a scare driving from Santa Cruz to Seattle on I-5 with a tire nearly bursting. Ahsan and the team were a huge help, had some understandable delays but overall great service and would highly recommend.

Richard James Valentin Car had an issue with alignment and they were able to get my car back in shape just in time for my next track session. They were able to hit the alignment numbers that I wanted too. And on top of that, the price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend going here.

Leven li As everyones review comments, Devin is the best Auto service experts I have ever met in USA in my life, it is true! On 5/15/2025 evening, my Toyota Highlander which is my always trust car suddenly give Oil warning and cant start up engine(Off immediately with 1 min after turn on). This is half of my trip from San Diego to Seattle and I am so frustrated at that moment. In this small town, what shall I do for my car? Give it up or pay huge amount of towing fee for 500miles to home? It is 7:00pm and no one can help me at that time and I cant image what is the worst thing I can have next. I Googled couple of times and suddenly found Devin--Wammack Automotive, it said 24 hours. I cant believe it is true. After I tried to call the phone number, then Devin did pick up my call, I am so excited to hear Devins voice and he said he can help. Even in the night time, even I need to pay a little extra money, but why that matter for me? Then Devin come in 30 minutes. He checked carefully for the engine and quickly figure it out it is No-Oil issue, most likely my car burn oil with long trip. Then Devin immediately get out one bottle of oil and fill to my car, then magic happen: Engine can start up and run normally. The even more sweet is: Devin teach me very detail for what is happening and how to check oil and how to refill it if needed, very detail and comprehensive. I cant believe we can have such helpful and nice man in this world, I strongly believe Devin is the guy sent by God to save our lives. Thanks a lot Devins great help! I successfully drive another 700 miles to my destination and drive another 1300 miles to home. Today I went to my dealership store to have a oil change and maintenance, I believe my car can still run for next years for me.

Barbara OCOY We have used L&T truck repair twice for our 2013 KW. They seem very knowledgeable and efficient. They care that our truck is running great and continued to check in on it. The service was fast and they were able to get us in quickly. Pricing is very fair. We will continue to use them!

Liz Ulmen On our way from Washington State to Redwood City to welcome a new baby, my sister and I had the unhappy experience of hitting a deer that had jumped in front of my van. Getting help getting zip tied together enough to continue our journey we found ourselves outside of Willows when a scraping noise began. Hopeful to get help we stopped at R & R and we’re treated to small town big hearted generosity. Patiently listening to our dilemma, both gentlemen came out with tools and a “can-do” attitude. With a few drilled holes and some ingenious straps, we were safely back on the road and made it to our destination. Thank you both for giving your time so helpfully to two sister grannies in distress.

A Mc Upon startup... The mechanic confirmed issues w. Details for Auto Repair: Inspection only confirmed necessary work. Thankful there are still great mechanics who actually know what your car needs. This shop did my smog... fast, fair, and great customer service. This little Auto Shop... Tucked away in Willows, Ca On Point... Dani schedules you in, and they are off & running to complete what you need. Today, again, Willows Automotive was again recommended after another auto shop denied anything was wrong with the vehicle. Not before charging me over $230... " Ladies, listen to your car and gut." If you know something is off, dont hesitate to go somewhere else. Today, the reality seriously would have made a huge difference-left undone. Now parts ordered -&- Appointment Set... For transmission and engine mounts... These do matter when your car has issues... Noticed the vibration and rattling as it got progressively worse over a month... Gut instincts and paying attention while it is costly now in the Iongrun hopeful to maintain as needed. Cars are far too costly to have a payment! Seriously, I would have ended up looking for a car I could not afford with todays cost factors... NOTE: I will Update & and add notes once the job is complete. Sometimes a small town w. family businesses have good people ... Simple Rural living with great work ethics matter!!!
