sara Rae I went to family auto this morning and had an oil change, brake replacement, and front rotor replacement. I got there 30 minutes before they opened and Im glad I did, because people started lining up after me, and they had a consistent stream of customers while I was there. They seem very popular. Matt in the front office was very nice, and he explained what was going on with my car and what and why I needed things done. He worked with me on the price and I left extremely satisfied. The lobby was clean and the chairs comfortable. There are toys and books for if you need to bring your kids. There is also a customer bathroom. I would suggest bringing a sweater as the lobby was a bit chilly. I will definitely be returning here. They seem to be a well run operation.

Kirby Caton I needed a new stretch serpentine belt, which they had, but they did not have the individual stretch tool in stock, so I ended up having to order one online from Amazon. My vehicle is down until the part is delivered. A very simple tool Napa should have had in stock since almost all vehicles today have serpentine belts. They only offered their overpriced multi-tool belt stretcher with parts I do not need and will never use. While I was there, I overheard that this location is under new ownership, and that was why a lot of their inventory was absent. At least 2 isles of shelves were completely empty. A few customers walked in and saw the empty shelves and just turned around and left. If you need oil or coolant, they have it, Walmart is much cheaper. Belts are much cheaper at Autozone, and the quality is the same. I most likely will not shop at this establishment again.

Jenee Mauzy This little shop is amazing! I took a generac generator to them at the start of a wind storm. They had generators lined up bc SDGE would be shutting power off within 24 hours. She said they would do their best to look at it that day but no promises. She ended up calling same day before closing to tell me he had gone through it and fixed the issue. It was ready to be picked up!!! Very fair pricing!!

David W It works! We dropped off a generator a couple of months ago because it was dripping gasoline when we turned it off. Becky was great from the beginning and took the time to understand the problems we were having with the generator. She figured it would be float in the carburetor and they attempted to fix it. We picked up the machine, started using it and well it was worse than what it was when we first took it in to them (now gasoline was pouring out of the machine when turning it off). Good news is that the story does not stop there. After calling them to let them know the problem, we took it back to them and they ended up replacing the carburetor with a new one. While we were quite bothered that we had to make another trip, they made up for by fixing the machine and stood by their service guarantee. While we expected to pay for the service to swap out the carburetor there was no charge for the labor because of their service guarantee. We very much appreciate how these guys took ownership of the problem, fixed it and stood by their service guarantee. Speaks volume to their integrity. If you have a generator or some small engine that needs repair I encourage you to use these guys.
