2 /5 Kirby Caton: I needed a new stretch serpentine belt, which they had, but they did not have the individual stretch tool in stock, so I ended up having to order one online from Amazon. My vehicle is down until the part is delivered. A very simple tool Napa should have had in stock since almost all vehicles today have serpentine belts. They only offered their overpriced multi-tool belt stretcher with parts I do not need and will never use. While I was there, I overheard that this location is under new ownership, and that was why a lot of their inventory was absent. At least 2 isles of shelves were completely empty. A few customers walked in and saw the empty shelves and just turned around and left. If you need oil or coolant, they have it, Walmart is much cheaper. Belts are much cheaper at Autozone, and the quality is the same. I most likely will not shop at this establishment again.

2 /5 molly forchette: Really hope who ever opens this store on a Saturday is ok. Sat here until 8:12 and no life to be seen. This is about the worst Napa in SD county we have been to. Sad since it is the closest to us and the back country.

1 /5 Hilltop Bikes: Came to warranty a battery under 2 years old. Wouldn’t hold a charge. I came in and waited in line and observed his snotty attitude with the other customers. I figure I’m already there I’ll just put up with it. Get to the counter and tell him what’s going on. He wants to test the battery, I say ok, and then he claimed the battery was fine. He wouldn’t warranty it. I knew for a fact the battery was no good but I didn’t have the time to sit there and argue with him. I go ahead and buy the $220 battery, well 2 days later, what do you know? It’s a bad battery! I’ve tested the vehicle for parasitic draw. They simply just don’t stand by their products. I know that others have had problems with Napa batteries as well. I can’t speak for anything else coming from them, but from what I’ve gathered their prices are high, customer service is bad, and their batteries are junk.
