5 /5 Liz Ulmen: On our way from Washington State to Redwood City to welcome a new baby, my sister and I had the unhappy experience of hitting a deer that had jumped in front of my van. Getting help getting zip tied together enough to continue our journey we found ourselves outside of Willows when a scraping noise began. Hopeful to get help we stopped at R & R and we’re treated to small town big hearted generosity. Patiently listening to our dilemma, both gentlemen came out with tools and a “can-do” attitude. With a few drilled holes and some ingenious straps, we were safely back on the road and made it to our destination. Thank you both for giving your time so helpfully to two sister grannies in distress.
