5 /5 scott luiz: I would give more stars if I could. Were in the process of moving and came back to Eureka to meet the movers. We noticed a leak in the rear end on our F150 and took the truck to the Ford dealer to replace the seal in the rear end. After the repair, we drove the truck home and backed up in the driveway and heard clunk clunk clunk and the rear end froze up. Had the truck towed back to Ford and they said they thought the bearings were bad, we were sure that wasnt true so we had the truck towed to Norcal.
Norcal confirmed there was nothing wrong with the bearings and also confirmed the damage was caused by Ford. Even though Norcal was booked for weeks, they got us right in and rebuilt the entire rear end and had the truck ready for us in 3 days and charged a fair price.
We absolutely recommend Norcal to work on your Ford truck, dont ever take your truck to Harper Ford if you want it done right, timely and at a fair price. Thank you, specifically, to Cliff and Hyme.
