I finally made them make things right by requesting a rental from them.. when I got my vehicle back, my interior had residue that was difficult to take off because they would have my windows down continuously.. please do not go here.. save your stress!!!

Monique Reed Do not use the Amigos Auto Care Shop off of 7th street. They will scam you and run your rates up and give you an increased rate after doing the job. They told me 2500 and my bill totaled 3800. After doing this they supposedly stated they put a lien on my car for the difference. They also didn’t fix my car correctly. Please beware and do not go to this repair shop.

Rama Bassham I could not find the windshield wiper blades that fit my Audi, no matter which auto store I visited, like Napa, Kragen, and Pep Boys. So I stopped at GLN Auto Pros who service European cars. Maurice, the owner, immediately ordered exactly what I needed. The proper blades arrived the next day. He called me like he said he would and quickly installed them for me, checking to make sure they worked properly before I left. This shop is clean, organized, and they are on top of the work. Maurice Eldada is personable and knows what hes doing. I used to use the dealership, but henceforth I will have all my repairs and maintenance for European cars serviced at GLN. You wont find their level of attention at the dealerships. I highly recommend GLN Auto Pros!

jesse davis Been trying to take my 03 525i for a check engine light and burning oil problem, You must have to be known to get in with the mechanic. 2 diffent times I was told the mechanic would call me back and this is the 2nd time he never called me . Told me to wait till Wendesday , for what, just waisting my time holding me off . Will not be trying to come here anymore

vivian payne At first, I felt really let down. I was not informed of my car status, I was being charged for something that I had already paid for. I was not being treated like a customer who has spent thousands at this place of business. After paying a lot of money, this is not how I want to be treated. There was a manager by the name of David, I think. He stepped in after I explained the situation and remedied it. If it had not been for him, this survey and situation would have had an ugly unpleasant outcome. My suggestion is, talk to your employees. Have meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page. Talk to them about leaving customers on hold for more than 10 minutes. Talk to them about conversing with the customer and to return phone calls with updates. . I experienced all the above. Just do better if you want to continue receiving my business.

As a Mercedes Benz owner, I take pride in my vehicle, that’s why it’s important to know what’s going on with it. My vehicle is an investment to me not just some car. Of course, it’s hard to articulate to anyone the experiences a driver goes through with their car. I will be taking my vehicle to the Mercedes Benz dealer to get it properly taken care of by real professionals, if anyone has late model Mercedes Benz, I highly recommend to keep the maintenance with the Mercedes Benz service centers. Not only is your vehicle serviced promptly but you can’t put a price on peace of mind.

Katie Always come here for my oil changes and smog checks because they’re quick, well-priced, and friendly. Love that they offer drinks and doughnuts while you wait! Went in for an oil change this week, and Justin showed me some other areas of concern. Showed me what was concerning under my car, explained what needed to be done and why, answered all my questions, and gave me a great price! Needed new tired and ball joints. Service was done very quickly! Highly recommend! Justin is AWESOME!

Thomas Weathers Great. I needed my tires install on a Sunday could not of ask for a better couple of dudes to get this done. Very professional quick quick turnaround. I drove 2 hours to get this done. Also my TPMS sensors was told I needed to get them programmed from my factory truck but that was not case pulled them of stock install and working great. My rental received a flat and Enterprise was giving me crap about it, but I called Tire Choice and they said they will take care of it and I didnt have to come out of pocket. Robert and Sal were very helpful. I would recommend them. They also had nice movies plating while I waited for no more than 30 minutes

Fernando Diaz Dealership recommended brand new engine. D&J disagreed and laid out all my options for me. I went with a complete engine rebuild, which saved me more than half of what I would have paid with the dealership. They explained the entire process and sent me pictures during the whole process. If they come across other issues during the teardown, they let me know right away and how it would affect the final cost. These guys are honest upfront and let you know from the get go what could be going on in the engine. They saved me a boat load of money and thats how you earn repeat customers. I will definitely be going back to D&J for my other vehicles. Putting up before and after pictures of my engine.

Rich I am very satisfied with the service performed by D & J Diagnostics. I requested service at the last minute, and they were able to squeeze me in within 15 minutes. Jesse is an excellent individual who knows his stuff. He was very helpful in helping me with my vehicle twice. Jesse went above and beyond to help figure out what could be wrong with my vehicle. D & J Diagnostics are truly for the customer and want to work with the individuals. Highly recommend them as a choice for your vehicles next service.

STEVEN BLACK Been here multiple times for alignments on different vehicles. Dealt with Steve each time and he always provided great service. You can tell he knows what he is doing and has great customer service. Definetely try them out, especially for alignments on large vehicles.

Retired Army War Veteran By far the best tire shop around, no disappointment what so ever. Serviced 2 of my vehicles with a set of tires; 1 a 60,000 and the other a 70,000 warranty plus alignment. Friendly staff to myself and to other patrons coming in. Also knew alot of customers by name, very professional staff.
