Jordan Devin So I had came here to get my car fixed and before I even left the lot my car broke. The mechanic said “i dont know what’s wrong with it i dont know what to tell you” after doing a diagnostics and wasn’t helpful or professional at all. I had to pay when he couldn’t even fix my car. I was charged for the part and labor but there was no labor done because I left with the same issue. Waste of time and money.

Dustin Alexander Very professional, Great customer, greeted the moment I walk in and was ask if I wanted a coffee or water. I felt welcomed. Very clean and cozy environment. Was able to have all issues resolved on my vehicle. They had a issue with one of my AC lines and wasnt able to take care of it until Monday. They told me that they would take care of the AC line with no extra cost. I look forward to future business with this company, and highly recommend this place to my friends and family

Digital Circuits Brought a van in to have the transmission flushed. I specifically asked for a machine flush meaning they use a machine to flush the used ATF out (along with all the gunk) and pump new ATF fluid in. they told me they could do so. when i picked up my van and saw the invoice, the notes showed all they did was put some flushing cleaner in the transmission, ran it, then did a drain and refill. no machine flush like i had asked. I ended up taking it to the dealer and they gave me a sample of the ATF in the transmission and it was black. really nasty Prior to the van I had another car they claimed to have flushed the fluids on after changing a hose out of one of the systems in the car and yet when i got it back the fluid was still black. went to oreilly and looked at a new bottle of PS fluid and it was reddish clear. definitely not black. So i discovered they reused the existing fluid and even charged me for new fluid. This place is dishonest. do not go here for transmission or any fluid flushes for that matter.

Joseph Verderame Maurice has been my go to mechanic for years. He is exceptionally honest. His rates are always reasonable and I have never seen him want to do anything that wasnt strictly necessary. Maurice is always a busy shop, but he has always been able to take care of our cars in a very timely manner. We have had domestic, Japanese, and European cars and Maurice has been able to work on all of them with out any issues. I trust Maurice with any car I can think of, knowing it would be well taken care of and repaired correctly. I refer everyone to him.

max Carlisle Started coming to Maurice’s a little over a year ago, and I’ve brought all my cars to him ever since. His shop might be easy to miss from the road, but there is a reason it’s always full. Maurice always greets me and other customers kindly in my experience. He is straightforward and does repairs that are affordable and high quality very quickly. I’ve never had a repeat issue with a vehicle that I’ve brought to him, and I will continue to do so.

Steven Hanna We are absolutely pleased with Azim and the team that worked on our car!!!! The work was done much sooner than anticipated and we could not even tell where the damage was done! It looked brand new and the car only had 800 miles on it. Azim was very professional and very attentive to my concerns. He understood my anxiety and was empathetic. The work was immaculate and his honesty was refreshing! I would urge anyone needing body work to go to United Auto Body on McHenry in Modesto.

ElDad78 If you need great service and need it done quickly, check out Auto World Auto Service. Its between La Loma and Yosemite. You wont be disappointed. Tell them the guy with the Explorer sent you. They do honest work and I can not recommend them any more highly then im trying to do now. Give them a shot, trust me.

Jayme My car broke down and I was referred to this place by our warranty company. They allowed me to stay beyond store time because my car last minute went in before they were going to close. Jose the manager really helped me out. Thanks to everyone that made a very eventful day calmer for me! I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back there if I ever need to.

Alex McKinney I would not recommend going to this shop they didn’t represent the deal to clearly. When they suggested to apply for easy pay they said it was a program for people having financial difficulties. I didn’t know that they expected me to make 2 payments in one month of $225. I wanted to get my vehicle fixed but it couldn’t have waited. Then easy pay made another deal I paid over $600 in about months and they charged another $1000 on my account. The vehicle was not fixed up to my satisfaction after they made repairs there was a funny noise coming from the engine and for $2,250 I thought they would fix more. I don’t recommend taking your vehicle there I want a full refund. Maybe think about finding a different company to help you out with your vehicle that was so lame.

Zombie Sero Honest Engine is not so honest I went in for a brake job the larger guy with long hair and a pony tail told me $250 I said ok rear brake pads and rotors then I called him to ask how car is doing and he said I was just about to call you to tell you the auto parts store doesnt have the basic pads and rotors and they only have the premium and would cost me $450 I had to say yes because I needed my car back ASAP and when I got the car and drove home I looked at the pads and rotors he had installed basic parts and told me he had put premium he literally scammed me out of my hard earned money I recommend not to go here unless u want to get taken advantage of

Suzel Martinez I spent weeks dealing with issues with my car, & lastly the dealership told me I had a bad Head Gasket that needed replacement at 4k expense. I called several shops & asked around who was willing to repair my car.. alot places would sound afraid to do so after they hear its a 2020 Hybrid. I called this shop in hopes maybe this be the one to do it because i was sadly nearly giving up. This man right here at this shop, was even willing to look under my hood first before actually saying hes gunna work on it & THAT showed me he was genuinely caring & willing to help! He was very thorough, explained to me what was wrong with my car & what it needed, he was definitely a mechanic man of his word!! Lol cool sense of humor too! He ends up repairing my car & charging me less than I expected but it was worth it, my car runs like brand new & I am so grateful of this place saving me so much! Thank you again!!

Laura Garcia He will take your money but won’t finish the job. Called him to install a stereo system for my car wasn’t able to figure out the problem asked me to pay him $250 and said he would be returning on the weekend to finish it at no extra charge. I texted him on Friday to confirm he’s coming to finish the job and my message won’t go through and my calls are not answered, he is scamming people out of their money!!!!!!and over charging them also. be aware don’t trust him!!

Kathy Rice I am so grateful for Matts Automotive. I have always had a mechanic in the family who did our repairs. When they were no longer able to, we started taking our cars into Matts. I took our car into a reputable tire shop for tires, they gave us a long list of repairs they insisted we needed asap. Took our car into Matt for the repairs and the car was not in need of any of those repairs. Not only are they honest, have more than fair prices, and do great work but they enjoy what they do. Curtis Maccoun Recently cracked the radiator on my Maxima and Car Pros 1 was recommended by a friend. Carl and Mishu def have a following here, and after talking to other folks, including the Lyft driver who got me there to pick up my car, its a popular shop for sure. They were quick, communicated well, efficient and in the end did a great job getting me back on the road. Ive reviewed a few other shops here in town, but really happy to have found these guys. This will be the spot now for sure hands down.

Rolando I showed up to my appointment at 8am. Even though the system didnt record the appointment I had made online, Guillermo still took me in. He prioritized my vehicle and I was out of there in no time. The customer service I received was superb! Im making this my personal repair shop and would highly recommend to anyone!

Derrick Mcconnell He came through!! Took the risk and I am very happy to find a helpful mechanic that will come to my house and do exceptional work. He did the radiator on my 2018 chrysler 300. Which seems easy but the whole thing can get complicated. He put everything together tight and my car is back in action So grateful!!!

scott tarango I’ve been going to this place for years now. Brought my old 02’ ford ranger for a whole heap of problems. And they would diagnose and fix any issue. You are paying for a lot of experience and quality work. Never had to bring anything back. And am now bringing my 2013 Mazda, will keep that up for as long as they’re around. Never tried to take advantage and are honest straightforward people. Pay more money for quality work and it will save you more headaches in the future.
