Dewayn Floyd Very straightforward honest mechanics are hard to find. This company conducts themselves in a professional manner. They stand behind their work. They have never made me feel that any question is a dumb question but always explain things very simply. I would recommend them to anyone far or near. I dont benefit from this review at all. I just call it like I see it I personally like working on my car. But when I run into a problem that I cannot figure out I can bring it to them and they can work through it. Something that I appreciate as well if they cannot figure it out they will tell me. They wont just charge me for something that does not fix the problem I would give them more stars if I could.

But now I. 2025 they are horrible wil steal youroney damage your car so I have to come back after just getting it back from them there ride af especially the guy thats always calling everyone papa they choose who they really want to help honestly I recommend A1 auto its better then them n its only down the street

S C Paid for tire rotation 2025May2 TODAY since next door s&e recommended.Soon after car rattling horribly, tilting to left,noises,bad susp/traction then currently at gas station because tire pressure check light- both rear tires low. Its a simple tire rotation and you messed it up. Plus u lost my original tire caps, messed up the car and mind u i went here and actually paid for a rotation when it is offered free anywhere else and they would do a better job. I went next door to save time and in the end it costed me more time and stress. By the way s&e put my tire pressure all equal and correct then as soon as went to ur shop u would mess that up too? Was good literally 5min ago. Now i have to go to another shop to get this front rattling, tilting steering, unbalance fixed and redo the rotation........

Octavio This shop is amazing. Took my BMW 328i to get worked on, needed new Coolant Recovery Tank & oil change and this place has always been profesional, on time and very communicative. Definitely recommend for all your car needs. I love coming here and I’ll never go anywhere else!

Frank Padilla My wifes friend at work told her about Buds auto. So I called around looking for estimates I was quoted 925.00 and 765.00. I called Buds and was quoted 425.00. So with out a doubt I took my car to Buds. They had my car ready the very next day . They called Saturday at 10:00 in the morning to let me know car was ready. Wow! That was great news. They are really dedicated to serving there customers with reliable service and great pricing. Definitely going back from here on end. Thanks

Ray Jay I HIGHLY recommend using their services for any mechanical issues. I needed a pre purchase inspection for a vehicle I was going to purchase from a dealership. He came out and checked over everything after running his scanner on the vehicle and let me know of a turbo that needed to be fixed before purchasing. Was very informative throughout the whole process.

The Goth Farm Great service. Great communication. Organized. Friendly. Fair prices. Unfortunately our previous mechanic passed away. After 30 years with him we had to go and find a new mechanic. We tried a few and eventually ended up at Lupe’s Auto. It far from our house. Will be taking my business with them after 3 of our vehicles being serviced by them.

hey there Please have the owner of this repair workshop talk to the workers. The workers here are not friendly at all, and when you speak to them, they do not respond. Their treatment is more like a job rather than a personal acquaintance. The way they deal with customers is annoying and quite unpleasant. They are completely unfriendly and unreliable. They need to understand that they are in a business, not a charity project, meaning they are getting paid for their work. There is no reason for them to treat customers poorly, not respond to greetings, or even answer questions. If these workers do not like their job, they should consider looking for another one.

Did my brakes super fast and now my car is better than ever. Will highly recommend this shop for their customer service, clean and inviting waiting area, and the honest work they do here.

Marques Miles Myles at M&M did exceptional work on my SUV. It sounded like it was rumbling when I brought it to him, but now it sounds and drives like new. An added touch is that he had the truck detailed and the engine steam cleaned. I recommend M&M to anyway who needs special care with their vehicle.

Nutty The owner Mike is a great and honest man. He WILL NOT overcharge you! When I went to a Chevy dealership to have my brakes checked, they said the found "other issues" and it was going to be $3,500 +. I asked for a printout. Took it to Tune-Ups Plus, Inc. Mike looked everything over. I walked out of there with paying $320.00 for all new brakes! That is ALL I needed done! Been going there for years.

Mechanic Mobile Im the previous mechanic that worked here. THE OIL CHANGE THAT YOU GUYS ARE GETTING IS A THIN THIN OIL BASED THATS NOT EVEN 5W 40. ITS A LIGHT LIGHT OIL AND TO THICKEN THE OIL TO SAVE HIMSELF MONEY HE ADDS 1 QUART OF HEAVY OIL TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE ITS GOOD OIL.Disgusting shop not up to standards in todays mechanic shop aspect. Not clean only reason it looks a bit cleaned up now its because i took two hours cleaning and i didnt want to be in a dirty place. Very sketchy doesnt even want to buy brake fluid. Buys no soap to even wash your hands. Charges customer for a simple fix 1200 plus and it took me 20 min to finish. Tried charging a lady that came in with Groupon ac for 40 tried charging her 140 bucks. Until I told him that wasnt right. Steals from customers. And you would think he takes care of his mechanic no sir. For any new upcoming mechanic here be aware he has a high turnaround rate. They dont last two weeks because he pays us pennys to the dollar wants us to use our body and our own tools and not even pay us 1000 a week and does not want you to make 40 hours its 37 hours. Told me he always tried doing right by customers in the first week I saw this guy steal over 5k from customers who are struggling and dont need to pay that much be aware. If you guys need any mechanical work go elsewhere. Hes not trust worthy Im telling you walk in at your own risk. By far the cheapest man I have ever met. Wants to use you and take advantage didnt take me two weeks to notice this is not the place I want to be. Also he noes absolutely nothing about cars. At all. Dont fall for the Firestone sign its not Firestone. This guy will rape your pockets AND ACTS LIKE HES A GOOD GUY WITH AN ACCENT. DONT FALL FOR IT IM TELLING YOU DONT DO IT.

Honest, fair, timely, and knowledgeable service. There are other auto repair shops proximate to my home, but we find Central Firestone to be worth the extra drive. Highly recommend. Sean Upland, Ca.
