F Lee Had my X5 E70 repaired here. $2000 P/L for water pump, thermostat and new battery. I was wondering how the water pump came to be $800 when all over the internet it was max at $580. But since all in = $2000, it was fair, quick and I didnt ask further. Battery was $460, Thermostat was $190.

He did a great job walking me through the car. Even able to do some minor body work and headlight washer repair. Very reasonable on pricing as well. I plan to bring another car there as well for service. Very honest guys here.

I just recently got a BMW 330i and I got a oil change light and vehicle check notification and he walked me through everything I needed to know about the car and its maintenance to ensure that my car would last the longest it can. You get priority support here and youre not treated like just another customer. I fully trust them with my car because I know its coming from a place of genuine care and where they wont force anything nonessential. They are experts and know what they are talking about!

I didn’t even have to deal much with my insurance State Farm, they handled all the communication and paperwork for me, which saved me a tonnn of time. When I dropped off the car, they helped coordinate my rental through Enterprise and had someone from there come straight to the shop so I could grab the car and go. No waiting around , no back and forth in an Uber. The quality of the repair was legit, my bumper looked like it had never even been hit. And what really stood out was the attention to detail. I had casually mentioned a light scuff on the side of the car that wasn’t related to the accident, and they cleaned it up without saying a word or charging me. Shah was super easy to talk to, explained things clearly, and kept me updated the whole time. The car was done faster than expected, too. Rick Bradley I went to the location at 8:15 AM. I was the third customer in line. I was told it would be 30 minutes. The manager took my key and disappeared. One hour later no car was being smogged and no one advised the waiting customers what was happening. At 9:20 I asked a mechanic what was happening. He said the computer went down so they couldn’t do smog tests. I told him I wanted my keys back. 5 minutes later the manager came up and couldn’t say when or if the computer would be back up. I left went to another store and was done in 15 minutes. Customer service definitely not a priority here
