Auto Check Center - Irvine Rick Bradley: I went to the location at 8:15 AM. I was the third customer in line. I was told it would be 30 minutes. The manager took my key and disappeared. One hour later no car was being smogged and no one advised the waiting customers what was happening. At 9:20 I asked a mechanic what was happening. He said the computer went down so they couldn’t do smog tests. I told him I wanted my keys back. 5 minutes later the manager came up and couldn’t say when or if the computer would be back up. I left went to another store and was done in 15 minutes. Customer service definitely not a priority here
