Very responsive and reliable. As well as the Service Tech that did the work. Sent a good video of the under side of my car to show what he checked. Very happy and satisfied.

The very courteous and attentive service team from Yves Vrnoga and Vincent Wu made my wait while my Macan was undergoing its 1st service enjoyable. They have a good selection of complimentary and excellent coffee choices and snacks while waiting for my vehicle. They also had my Macan washed and vacuumed after the service. When my vehicle was ready for pick up, the entire Macan inside and out was very shiny and sparkling clean. I can see why my choice of purchasing my car at Porsche Irvine was the best decision.
