5 /5 Ivan Martinez: Eating healthy can be difficult on Sunday afternoons, so I opted to stop at the local Subway. Their Sweet and Sour Chicken Teriyaki sub was not the daily especial, but definitely one of my favorites. 50% sweet, 50% sour.

1 /5 Caleb Hampton: I placed a mobile order around 1:30 PM and arrived about 10 minutes early. When I walked in, I told the staff member (a young man) that I had an online order and was early for pickup. He said something I couldnt hear and went to the back without asking for my name or checking the order. I waited several minutes with no one at the counter. When I checked the app, it showed my order had been cancelled/voided. I assumed it was a mistake on my end, so I placed another order. After waiting another 8 minutes, that order was cancelled too. No one came out to explain either cancellation, instead the staff just stayed in the back and voided both orders without saying anything. I only saw the staff member once and no one else after that. I understand places get busy (there were no customers during the time I was there though), but clear communication goes a long way. A simple explanation would’ve saved me 20 minutes of waiting and confusion.

1 /5 Dima Y: Disrespectful young kids working, no manager, no professionalism. We placed an online order, $30 later they said it didn’t come through, well then why is the charge pending in my bank?.., so now we have no food and no $30.., unbelievable.., we’re stuck dealing with the bank and disputing this charge, as if we had nothing else to do. No wonder Subway is down on its last leg.., 0 customer service!

4 /5 Camille: Comfort in the middle of nowhere. Great service. Good predictable food in a clean restaurant. **except do not get the churros, they were stale cardboard with cinnamon sugar on it.
