5 /5 Shelly G: We stopped in hoping to get a healthy meal after several days of travel, and while the concept of this place is fantastic—focused on clean eating, fresh juices, and nourishing food—the customer experience left a lot to be desired.
When we walked in, none of the staff made eye contact or offered assistance. It felt like they were intentionally avoiding interaction, almost pushing you to order from one of the 3 iPad kiosk. I nearly walked out when I couldn’t figure out how to modify our order and no one stepped in to help. We didnt order any baked goods but wanted too.
We ended up eating outside in the parking lot area. There is indoor seating as well—nothing fancy, but clean and functional. The food itself was fresh, and exactly what our bodies needed after being on the road.
That said, customer service matters. We’re typically generous tippers (often 25%), but this time we didn’t feel compelled to leave one. A little eye contact and simple acknowledgment could go a long way in making the experience more welcoming.
Great food, great concept—but the human touch is definitely missing. Sad
