Dale James Dr. Suard has been a great find as a Dr. I moved back to Napa after 30 years and feel fortunate to have him, he listens, takes his time with me and always answers whatever questions I have. I highly recommend him.

Richard Bruns Dr. Suard has been my primary physician for over thirty years. He does not exhibit the stereotype doctor personna of I"m the doctor; youre the patient, shut up and listen. He is sensitive, listens to ones descriptions of symptoms and concerns, is conservative in his treatment and and solutions, yet is aggressive in prescribing treatment when neccessary. When specialists are needed, he sends me to the very best there are. For back surgery he sent me to Dr. Morgase, the best neruosurgeon in Northern California (who now is an administrator); for cardiac issues, he sent me to Dr. Dizmang, arguably the best non-surgerical cardiologist in Northern California whol, alas, retired last month (October 2016); he in turn sent me to a premier cardiac surgeon, Dr Klingman. All top-knotch. I am alive today because of the perspecacity of my primary physician, Dr. Suard and the knowledge and skill of my cardiology team. Dr. Munubens will be my new cardiolgist who happens to also the surgeon who installed my pacemaker. I couldnt ask for better than Ive had. Unfortunately, as I write this 9/30/16, Dr. Suards case load is full and hes not taking patients...but check anyway.

Sager Khaled “Cal” Dr. Marko Bodor is a great experienced magical physician. He make my excruciating pain go away with one injection. Him and his staff know what they are doing and I give them a 5 stars all day long. I recommend Dr Bodor for all your needs of services. Thanks Dr, for making me feel so much better now.

Arleene Correa I spent the last 15 years living with severe pain from herniated discs and it wasn’t until Dr. Bodor helped me that I was finally able to have some relief. He did PRP on my spine & the procedure itself was painless, quicck and easy. After a couple of months of healing I no longer feel numbness in my leg and can now sit on a stool without being in excruciating pain. My sleep, posture & quality of life have all significantly improved since my PRP procedure. Dr. Bodor is very knowledgeable and I specially appreciated the attentiveness after my recovery. They kept in touch and made sure to check in to see how my recovery was going. Thank you for changing my life!!

Rob McMillan Dr. Khalili is an unbelievably dedicated medical professional with a deep education in medicine through two countries. She is a good listener, clear in direction, and easy to talk to. Ive had her as my primary care physician through two separate hospital groups now, and feel lucky to have her.

Ed ortiz Very strong provider who can manage complex cases with a number of coordinating specialists. Personable and effective/responsive communicator. Our family could not be happier to have Dr Khalili as a primary care provider.

D Sanchez Dr. Loffler and her staff have been amazing. From referrals to treatment in office, not to mention their after hours line. She is absolutely the best when it comes to my children’s care.

Rachel S Had at least 3 instances where disappointing medical advice was given (eg telling us a sprained ankle when it was actually fractured). I was excited about the app and loeffler responds right away but the response is “come into the office” not things we can do at home or medical advice. We had a wonderful pediatrician in our old location and have been very frustrated with this office. We have since moved pediatricians in Napa and wouldn’t recommend.

Riddhi I highly recommend them for dental malpractice insurance! Their team provides exceptional service, with knowledgeable representatives who are always ready to answer questions and guide you through the process.

T. Swarbrick I filed a claim with The Doctors Company against Dr. Manish Shah, DR0043479, 101 University Blvd #220, Denver, CO 80206, but their so-called thorough investigation was cursory at best and did not include viewing the permanent CO2 laser peel burn injury by Dr. Manish Shah. Their alleged expert also ignored evidence of substandard medical practice in my medical record which documents the lack of pre-/post-procedure medical care.

Chris Cooney Edit to my review. Communication when they scheduled, my appointment wasn’t great. But they were able to fit me in later that day, and Dr. Dunham spent over an hour explaining my situation and options. I find this very rare and modern medicine and appreciated the detail and depth he spent explaining things. Previous: They scheduled an appointment during their lunch break. I showed up in the office was locked. I checked my appointment reminders and yes the appointment was at 12:45. No one was answering the phones because all were away from their desk.

Roy M I was referred to this physician for surgical consultation. I waited (2) weeks and when I didnt hear from him I called and left a message the receptionist. Over (1) month later and I still have not heard from them. I had to contact my primary care provider for another referral to a surgeon who is interested in patient care. Update as of 9/14/21: You folks may have noticed Dr Dunham’s office left a reply. What is even more pathetic…..the email address for the “patient experience director” is fake, it does not exist and the email I sent bounced back. Shameless.

Mimi Bach Dr. Campos has been our family primary care physician for years. He is a fantastic doctor, always listens, and has a great team. I don’t know where our family would be without him, he truly is outstanding at what he does and we can’t thank him enough.

Renee Cazares Dr. Campos is the best doctor. I completely trust him with his ability to help me when I am ill. He his not only a very smart doctor but he is very polite and treats me and my family with respect. His office staff is very friendly and efficient. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Campos.

Steve Citron This place is awesome. Just got my Urolift procedure done and its good to be able to freely pee again. It was a uncomfortable procedure but they do everything they can to make it as painless as possible. I transferred my file here because my previous urologist did not offer the Urolift. I highly recommend it.

Deborah Perrone Dr. Johansson is amazing. I have been in pain for years. Yesterday I had my back injected. I had had this done 3 other times (at a place that begins with a "K) and had no or minimal relief. Today I woke up in no pain. At first I thought I was dead! I never wake up in no pain and it gets worse throughout the day. Even where she put the bandaid is in a completely different place than the last 3x from the other Dr. She knew exactly where to give the injection. It does not work if you give it in the wrong spot. I cannot thank Dr. Johansson enough. She has given me my life back. She is a Goddess! The staff is incredible too! If you are in pain, PLEASE give them a call. I highly recommend them.

Darin Matlock I have had so many different doctors/surgeons during my time with them, and even more different people at the front desk (felt like a revolving door) Majority of the time no one would answer the phone when I called, or return calls. I felt so much anxiety and stress every time I had to deal with this company that I left. I risked no treatment than being treated here. Dr Grigsby is AMAZING!!! But I dont know if he is there anymore.

Violet Taka Dr Ali is the best! He saw me for gastritis and fixed me right up. Super patient with me while I went through my long list of all my "theories." He sat there and smiled and explored each theory. He did an endoscopy on me and found some irritation in my esophagus, which was from a pervious bout of heavy antibiotics given by another doctor for bronchitis. Anyway, I told him I wasnt keen on taking meds and he helped me explore other options that I was comfortable with. I was better in a month :) Hes a nice doctor, Im really happy with him.

Betty Braun When I had Dr. Vaziri as my gallbladder doctors he treated me as if my words did not matter. To top things off Dr. White was the Dr. Who did the surgery in 2012. Ever since then I still throw up. Then Dr. white retired. My stomach is still throwing up. Need I say more.... Oh and Dr. Vaziri after surgery would grab my stomach hurting me.... Disgusting

Alex Scardaccione Walked in at 4pm bc my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well. Only one person waiting in lobby. Facility open until 6:30pm. Was turned away because no walk ins welcome due to being “understaffed”. Unreal - go elsewhere.

Shira Rodriguez VERY EXPENSIVE AND POOR CARE. Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable. I went last Summer because I developed an ear infection while on vacation. My throat and sinuses were also infected. They directed me to come in 3 consecutive days for antibiotic and steroid shots/injections. When I got home, feeling much worse, my PCP told me he was extremely disappointed in the care I received at this facility, and that they had given me an extremely weak antibiotic that couldnt have helped with much. Turns out I had walking pneumonia. After seeing my entire sinus system light up with infections, that should have been obvious to any doctor. Later I received nearly $2000 TWO THOUSAND in medical bills for their "care" (and thats after what my insurance covered). The worst part is, on their bills, they have a number to call to set up a payment plan but no one ever answers this line. I even tried to have my employee sponsored insurance "help" company, Compass, call to set up a payment plan and they refused to work with them, but again, wouldnt answer calls from me. So Ive been slowly paying the bills down 1 by 1 as I can afford it, and then I got a letter from a collections agency with added interest on one of the larger bills. I feel like I was conned into returning to this clinic over multiple days so they could rack up my bills. They knew I was incredibly sick and took advantage of my desperation, and didnt even give me the care I needed, according to my primary doctor at home. If their care had helped the bills wouldnt hurt so much, but I had to go home and pay for more doctors visits and more medications that actually helped. I wouldnt go to this facility again, and I definitely wouldnt recommend it.

John I Went to Dr Novak for an annual check up. Should be covered under insurance but it ended up costing me over $500. Took months to try to resolve but they were not helpful and ended up going into collections. I paid the bill to prevent credit damage. Furious about the billing and lack of communication. Will file complaints with my insurance company and other oversight agencies for deceptive practices.

TroyAlan Clark Dr. Cosgrove forced me to be on medications that I dont believe were in my best interest. After being prescribed risperidone for being misdiagnosed with skitzophrenia I began having breathing problems. These problems persisted and I just came across my personal medical journal today from 2015 and it was filled with complaints of breathing problems that stemmed from this Dr. Prescribing me risperidone. I have a team of professionals working on a civil suit. I have a strong case I am told. The Dr. Also disrespected me and threatened to give me a shot if I refused the medication. How is this possible? I cant answer that I just know it happened to me and Im still suffering from breathing problems which have been narrowed down to the starting of this medication. When I complained the other Dr who was of an unknown ethnicity, I could barely understand his English I believe told me I would die if I had breathing problems like I was describing. I concurred with him, however nothing was done. I hope this complaint finds someone who cares that has the power to investigate this professional negligence. Due to having a full schedule I have minimal time to work on this. Thank you for reading

Ramie Williams I spent 7 months there and I had nothing but a great experience but thats because I wanted to be there cuz I didnt want to be homeless on the streets so when I got there I told him I was going to hang out for the winter and they let me they didnt treat me bad or nothing. David wright as far as you being the chaplain there in 77 was the book of Exodus painted on the walls of the t 15- 16 dining room I was that painted after you left because what is written in the book of Exodus is painted on the walls in the t 15 16 dining hall walls the gate to say this is the North in the Bible that is the gate you go into and out of when you go into the compound its all in the Bible Napa State hospital

moni muth Kept telling him i was in pain for 2 days straight. He said im fine , it was normal ... lost my baby the next day . He didnt seem to care , didnt say sorry. . He showed up to the ER 20mins right before they released me the next day. I was more then half way through my pregnancy. Then kept getting calls the day after i left the ER about how i owe already for my visits. Multiple calls everyday . Worst experience

Rachael Balija Dr Hersh is the best of the best! He was very informative and professional every prenatal follow up apt, him and his nurse went above and beyond to get me an apt with a cardiologist, he was even willing to come to the hospital and deliver my baby upon my request. He delivered my son and I hope to have him as my doctor when I have children in the future!
