Elvira Clean, neat, friendly atmosphere. Pedicure massage chairs are comfortable, match the manicure chairs. Nail tech took her time making sure I was happy. Visited on a Monday morning, very quiet, relaxing environment. They had 80s rock playing in the background. Found my new nail spot.

Ozzy Robinson They got me in right away as a walk in, and did such a good job. He had to redo one of them a couple times cuz I kept accidentally touching the inside of the dryer but they came out super nice. Definitely will return in the future!

Janet Duke I’ve been getting my pedicure at E-Nails for about 9 years now and like having this service available in my neighborhood. The owner, Tony, is efficient and friendly and keeps the place neat and clean. Ann is my technician and she’s very good. In fact, all of the technicians are good, experienced and pay attention to detail. The store is low key, and I like that. Highly recommend.

Martha Garnica My daughter Victoria took me there and Now I finally found my perfect nail place. Im a simple person so I dont get all that fancy stuff. They are following all covid regulations and the place is VERY clean. The staff are all wonderful ladies, they carry conversations with all the clients. I always leave the nail salon very pleased.

Herb Angel I wanna preface this by saying they do really good nails and toes (inconsistently, they rush sometimes)I just had a bad experience and didn’t like the way it was handled. New girl destroyed my toes and was super careless. They were messy, crooked, different shades and there was mad crust all around multiple toes and my feet still had so much dead skin. She was on her phone 80% of the job and massaged me with one rock LMAO. It was my bday too so I was pissed and when I went back to get them fixed she had so many excuses and tried to say the color looked bad bc I’m dark but 1. My undertone is olive so green looks good on me and 2. I picked the color bc it looked bomb on this black girl I seen. She claimed they were crooked bc my nail was cracked and she had to cut it but didn’t recommend I add acrylic until I went back. Then said my cuticle was uneven but nail techs I’ve been to always make it longer so it CAN be even if necessary. Regardless of her excuses it didn’t explain all the crust and messy clumpy polish. Like girl should’ve just owned up to the trash job and fixed my stuff but instead they charged me to change the color and add the acrylic. I was 4 min late and they tried to have me reschedule claiming I was cutting into other appointments but when I got there the girl was still working on someone else and there was no one else waiting so they were just being petty and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be going back. I pay less at better places that actually leave my feet/toes neat and soft. If you do go DONT get your toes done by the white chick she needs more practice clearly. I’ll post what I wanted vs what I got and then the “fixed” job. My toe nails were long so I didn’t ask for acrylic but I’m sure they would’ve still came out a crooked crunchy mess bc one toe was still crooked after the acrylic and there was still dead skin around my big toes after the redo. Also I took my mom here for Mother’s Day and tho they did a good job I paid for the deluxe but the chick was rushing and didn’t do the bath bombs or fruit in the water and kept wiping the dead skin on the top of my mom’s foot but still charged me for a deluxe and was salty I didn’t leave a large tip when I should’ve left her none. Some of the girls need to check they attitude including the owner. A couple are bipolar Love the pretty Asian girl that does the pedicures tho she’s sweet and very talented, the owners mom is coo too but the other chicks meh.

Harpreet Kaur I got pedicure and acrylic fill service for hands. Employee who actually started my nails was rude. I wanted natural/nude color but they give me this color been the lightest they have! In the process of finding color from color book. Employee act rude, I could see facial expressions and started using her phone while I was deciding color. It was rude experience, being treated that way. The other employee did my toe nails, I could feel burning sensation for two days if the cuticle been cut down that harshly. And Finally after 5 days my nail came off. Attached picture. I do not recommend this place because customer pays for service & employee bad attitudes.

Dana Webster Seary did an absolutely wonderful job on my nails. Elegant and beautifully done. Im definitely going back to have her do my nails. Shes my new go to girl for fabulous nails!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Shay Johnson Wonderful service! They were able to squeeze me in since I was there right when they opened at 9 and they had a cancellation. Loved my gel mani Pedi (around $80, I think) and both people who worked on my hands and feet were kind and patient. I have ticklish feet and so pedis are a bit of a struggle for me with the callous remover but the lady was very nice about it and worked quickly. Will definitely go back. Pull out cash before hand since there isnt an ATM inside and you can avoid the 3% service fee that comes with paying by card.

Crystal Love this place!! I just got my fill today and it cost me $15! The owners are a very friendly married couple and they speak perfect English which is a plus in my book. They can usually get you in instantly or give you a time to come back. If youre looking for an affordable place to get your nails done give this place a try.

Lynn OMG, I love Pinky Nails and Spa! I have been a customer of theirs for about 4 months now and have not once been disappointed. I only get gel manicures on my real nails, and the gel usually lasts for 3 weeks, sometimes 4 depending on how much i am dipping my hands in water (washing the dishes/car, cleaning, swimming, etc..). Tina is my manicurist and she is so sweet, everyone in the shop is friendly and kind. The price of a manicure is not bad, considering the side of town in which they are located, initially i was expecting their prices to be high, but no not bad. The shop is very clean inside and hygienic practices are seen here. Schedule an appointment ahead of time, so you do not have to wait.

Carolyn Earle Pinkys is not only the best nail salon I have been to in my 22 years in Fresno it is undoubtedly the cleanest one Ive ever seen. The owners do an amazing job here. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Jennifer Bonsell What an incredible experience I just had. This beautifully remodeled salon is by far the best I’ve been to. The brand new massage chairs were so relaxing and the new addition of the candle wax massage was such a nice detail to add to a pedicure. New books of spring colors and I did the nail fill and pedi at the same time so he brought out a new table that went over my lap that elevated the experience. He even brought me a phone holder to use and customer service was flawless. As always, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and pampered. I will never go anywhere else. This salon was always lovely but the new amenities were incredible.

Carolina Jones It’s my first time doing a negative review. I always choose to never return instead of using my time for that. But 2h15 to do a removal and gel? Leaving with polish on my hands, cuts everywhere and uneven nails is too much. The guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I had 2 other professionals coming over to help him with my nails. And they still charged me full price with no more than “I’m sorry”. Never again

I’ve recommended my own family and friends to them and continue too. They are really easy to talk to so don’t worry about being in an awkward situation.

Nina Elle Came in for a Fresno state graduation nail set & a pedi. My tech was the owner Jessenia. I gave her ideas of what I wanted & told her I wanted coffin tips. Jessenia said she had a great idea for my set & to trust the process. At the end I got a 4th of July nail set then told she couldn’t do coffin tips because I got short nails. She kept saying my nails looked pretty. I wasn’t content tho due to the blue stones being the wrong color, middle finger color combo & poor blending of what was supposed to be marble but I tried hard to be ok with it. I messaged Jessenia later on that night & asked her if she could at least fix the middle finger & change out the blue stones on my nails. Which she agreed to do. But when it came down to setting a time for me to come back in she GHOSTED me! I messaged her nicely a couple of times following up & got NO response! She continued to post on instagram while ignoring my messages. I was so disappointed as she seemed nice during the appointment but that’s where it ended. I had even left her a nice tip. Overall, poor business practice. Now I have to pay someone else to fix this mess.

Patricia Gomez Hollys husband does my pedicures every time Ive been there. There is some what of a language barrier. Ive noticed that the last few times after Ive left the establishment and had a chance to take a good look at my pedicure, it seems that the entire nail is not completely polished. Its my fault for not looking before I leave the place. If I do decide to return, I will take a better look to make sure it doesnt happen again. I go there because its conveniently located. They seem to be a nice couple.

Anita Sharp I had a great experience at Hollys Nails & Spa! The business is immaculate-not a speck of dust anywhere. When you walk in you are greeted immediately, and surrounded by the sounds of soothing music. Seriously-it made me want to take a nap! The staff is very friendly & professional. There are cold sodas & water available if you would like one. The prices are great, & I felt completely pampered after my pedicure. There is a dizzying number of polish colors to choose from. Ive just found my new go-to place for all things nails!

Heidy Lomeli I am very disappointed in this location. Although most employees are very friendly, I had a very poor experience. John grew frustrated when asking him questions about the color options. He immediately called another employee to continue to work on my nails stating “I don’t have time” continuously. He then walked away shaking his head and came back after a minute. He sat on his chair and continued to be very passive aggressive as another employee stood next to my chair. I calmly communicated to him that his tone and form of communication is not ideal for a small business. I simply had questions, just like any other client would. I felt very uncomfortable. I opted to not continue, but they also didn’t remove my tips. John moved on to take another client. Turns out he had time after all. The location is beautiful and my husband had a great experience. I just thought it was important for me to highlight my personal experience.

Michele Hodgkiss I’ve gone to 7 different nail salons since I’ve been back to Fresno. This hands down is the best. I had a great relaxing pedicure. Clean and quiet atmosphere, no acrylic smell The massage chairs are great!

Crystal Baltierra The quality of nails does not match how much they charge. I took my daughter in for nails, she got almond shaped nails, with a simple blue polish and 2 stars on each nail. When we went to pay they said we owed $75. I questioned the price and they said it was $45 just for the nails and shaped, an additional $10 for polish and $20 for the design. I attached a picture of what my daughter got. I definitely will not be going there again. On my way home I stopped by an actual nail tech and she was appalled by how poor quality and crooked the nails are. She said she charges $80 for nails and that includes design. She showed me her designs and they are amazing. She said it looked like someone new to nail school or a kid did my daughter’s nails.

Holly Simpson Jason was really great. Im using a walker now because of back surgery. He helped me in and out of my sear, even walked me to my car. He gave me a perfect pedicure. His massaging my calves and feet really helped with pain I had. He was very gentle and I liked his soft singing to himself. I will ask for him again.

Diana Saldana It’s an alright nail salon, they offer acrylic, gel, eyebrow wax, pedis, from what I seen. I gotten my nails done about three times here, thought I’ll give it a try since my nail tech is out of state. Okay shaping, some were bumpy others were smooth to the touch. Price is about 50+ for new set and 40+ for refill. They do walk ins as well, usually busy after 4pm. If busy it’s a 30+ min wait. Reason I stopped going is because they don’t soak off your nail like they should to avoid damaging your natural nail instead they get a fake nail and go between the acrylic and natural nail to take it off which is a big no no for me and it upsets my nails.

Samantha Kimber I love this salon! Even if you walk in, they’ll accommodate ASAP. Every time I’m here they are sweet, fast, the prices are good, and my nails are always cute no matter who does them.

Sherly Moua Don’t ever go here. The guy I got who did my nails sucks. Speak no English and didn’t understand me on what I wanted. They over charged me and didn’t even tell me. My nails are all different shape and size. Can’t even do no designs that’s why I went basic. Don’t spend your money here.

Impatient One A great environment/ communication. my nails came out just like the picture I showed her , my toes came out perfect as well . They both took there time and was not in a rush like other salons .

Janae Aragon One of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. When you come in they immediately look at you side ways and give off a really unwanted presence. I showed the lady what I wanted, she didn’t even look at the picture and just nodded her head. The way my nails came out you’d think a kid did them.

Pricilla Hernandez Do not go here you’ll end up paying double to repair the damage that they do. This was by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever received a pedicure. My nails are Not even have old nail polish on them. One of the tech kept hitting my leg to position me to her liking! The other told me they don’t do nails for people with medial issues like diabetes. They kept talking to customers poorly about past staff. At the end instead of apologizing about the issues Lilly said maybe next time I should do it myself. I told her no maybe I should go somewhere more professional! Especially since your equipment is not sterilized.

Theresa Carr So Ive been here a few times and the prices are right and you always get what you pay for. Ive been happy so far however my last visit I wasnt happy so I gave them a call and she told me to come in and she did up my nails again and perfectly and Im very pleased with the service and she did not charge me to redo my nails plus when I went in it was very late at night right before they closed and I was in a hurry as well as they wanted to close. So I cant blame them solely for me not being happy with my nails when I should have at least given them more time. They are very personable and I feel like Im treated very friendly when I go there I really like this place thats why I called to get my nails fixed when I wasnt happy.

Brandi Nicole **Updated Review** This place is close to my house so Ive gone here 3 or 4 times over the last few years when I didnt feel like driving across town to my regular spot for a pedicure. I previously left a bad review for this salon, but I needed a pedi and was pressed for time, so I cautiously decided to give them one more try yesterday. Best. Decision. Ever. The salon is now under new management and has new manicurists. I went to Miss Lee for a pedi, and girlfriend did her thing. Seriously. She did a fantastic job. From start to finish, she was very friendly and thorough and while she worked, she took the time to ask me about different preferences with what I wanted to make sure I would be happy with the end result. I think this is going to be my new to-go place for pedicures! I think the name of the salon is going to change under the new management, so Im not sure if anyone will be able to connect this review to the salon if the name does change. If it does change and you happen to see this...I HIGHLY recommend Miss Lee at the salon that is or used to be called Lily Nails & Spa on Fresno and B Street (in the Food Maxx/Rite Aid shopping center)! Your feet will be in good hands!

Crystal I went here in mid December for a pedicure and my feet and gel polish looked great! It stayed on until a few days ago when I had to cut my nails. They lasted for 2 and a half months! I will be back to get them done again soon.

Alexis Armstrong I got a gel manicure with design by Lina. She is so sweet and funny and technically did an excellent job. So talented! She honors appointment times and doesnt require people wait around. Definitely visit this salon if you live in the surrounding area!

Squeedle Dee Have had good experiences but I will NEVER go back now... Not worth the PAIN and FRUSTRATION! I have been going to Bella Nails for about 6 months and have always had a pretty good experience. The lady that works the front desk can be rude and snappy sometimes, but overall they have always done a good job on my nails. The last time I went (about 2 weeks ago) I had so many problems that I will never go back. I got there at about 5:30 PM to get a fill. I asked for some very simple Halloween nail art (orange tip design included in pictures) that I was originally told should be no problem. After about a 10 minute wait I was told to that Laura would take care of me. I showed Laura the image of the nail art I wanted and she exclaimed that it could not be done and that I needed to pick one color for my nails. Ok, fine. So I asked for a gel French tip with black polish instead of white. She said ok and began working. She was very good to ask me about the length and shape and listened to what I had to say. She laid the acrylic but when she started to shape my nails is when the real problems began. When using the nail drill, she ended up grinding off the skin surrounding my nail on EVERY SINGLE FINGER. The first time it happened, my thumb was BLEEDING EXCESSIVELY and she apologized. Alright, accidents happen, no big deal... moving on. Then she starts on the next finger and does the same thing. I told her multiple times as she was working her way through the nails that it was hurting, but she didnt seem to care. By the time she was finished, she had made 5 of my fingers bleed and ALL of them were completely raw from the drill getting my skin. She starts to paint and literally ARGUES with me that I need to have solid black and not a French tip because its "faster and cheaper". Eventually she agrees to do what Im asking and we finish up. As I go to pay the lady (a different one than normal. She was super kind!) asked why I changed my mind about the nail art. When I told her Laura said she couldnt do it they went and talked. The lady from the front came back to to tell me that she DIDNT WANT TO DO IT... She didnt want to. So I didnt get what I wanted and was more than happy to pay for. Overall my finished nails themselveslook pretty good. The shape and lines of the French tip were great (hence the one star...) But here we are TWO weeks later and my fingers are still sensitive, healing and scabbing from the excessive drilling. Like I said, I have had good experiences before. But this was horrible. I dont plan on ever going back... Lauras laziness and inconsideration killed this place for me.

Kimberly Hill Just called to make an appointment with a certain nail tech and was told by the receptionist she had NO clue who I was asking about. That is a lie there are only a couple of men who work there and he has worked there for years! Unfortunately I as the client cant remember his name. This lady who answered the phone has also worked there for years! I see they have lost nail techs over the years and boy I see why ..They are rude to each other as coworkers so jealous if someone comes in and doesnt ask for them to do their nails... Getting mad because the MEN do a better job without the drama and attitude! I will NEVER be back!

Kamaljeet Dhaliwal I came in to get my moms nails done and she didnt like them and she told them that the nail Polish was flooding her cuticles or there was not enough nail polish. The owner was so rude and blamed my moms nails and cuticles for the nail polish not being applied correctly. Staff is nice and understanding but the Owner kept making exuses. Also they were talking rudely about customers in their language.!! never coming back

Kimberly Rivera I hate to leave a bad review because I love coming here to have John do my nails since he’s very nice. So anyways I came in October 26th 2024 and got a thick heel removed by another Asian older guy.. I suddenly feel an itch on my feet.. next day I’m bleeding and turns out I contracted dermatitis! The guy who did my feet was very unsanitary. He had just been done with someone’s feet and wasn’t even using gloves with them! He does me next and doesn’t even clean his tools! Anyways I go in 4 days later to get a refund . the boss is there and asks me to explain and show my legs. My legs are bad and well honestly he gave me a refund and that’s a good thing he did because or else it would have gotten worse. It’s true what the people say. He’s super rude! Didn’t even feel bad for my legs and said “oh we clean all of our things!>:( don’t come here again, we have cameras ! >:(.” And I was like tf? Oh trust me I won’t ever be coming to any salon after this. I’m doing my own toes and fingers at home! I’m not trying to get an infection again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s true what they say “chinos cochinos!!!!”
