Ann C Workers are rude and unwelcoming. Went in to test a pair of earrings. Self-proclaimed “jeweler” couldn’t even identify the metal. He proceeded to offer to buy the earrings for cheap, I obviously declined. I went to an actual jeweler to have the earrings tested again. They valued them properly and verified they were solid platinum. Save yourself a headache and shop at a more trustworthy jewelry store.
