Ellen Sun I’m bring an online item to return to store, unfortunately the online warehouse made a mistake put no return on slip. The store refuses to scan bar code even though I present email clearly says “present this bar code for free rerun in store”. One of the manager (with glasses) was ok, she provided me a customer service phone number to call for this problem. The other manager was super rude and refused to explain anything with he impatient face and tone. The whole time I was calm to present my situation and ask what I need to do in this case, I was surprised that the other manager had no management skill at all and with an attitude. I’m a manger too working for California state, every manager supposed to have basic management training and threshold to become a manager, I don’t understand how can a person with no customer skills or problem solving skills become a manager in this store. I hope TJ MAXX would at least have some training to educate their managers.
