T.J. Maxx - Davis Ellen Sun: I’m bring an online item to return to store, unfortunately the online warehouse made a mistake put no return on slip. The store refuses to scan bar code even though I present email clearly says “present this bar code for free rerun in store”. One of the manager (with glasses) was ok, she provided me a customer service phone number to call for this problem. The other manager was super rude and refused to explain anything with he impatient face and tone. The whole time I was calm to present my situation and ask what I need to do in this case, I was surprised that the other manager had no management skill at all and with an attitude. I’m a manger too working for California state, every manager supposed to have basic management training and threshold to become a manager, I don’t understand how can a person with no customer skills or problem solving skills become a manager in this store. I hope TJ MAXX would at least have some training to educate their managers.

I brought in a relic evh Frankenstein guitar worth 2k he said it was beat up i asked him to look it up and explained this iconic guitar to him he just kept saying it was beat up and refused to do any searches to understand, hes very rude and ignorant . DONT GO THERE
