1 /5 Ann C: Workers are rude and unwelcoming. Went in to test a pair of earrings. Self-proclaimed “jeweler” couldn’t even identify the metal. He proceeded to offer to buy the earrings for cheap, I obviously declined. I went to an actual jeweler to have the earrings tested again. They valued them properly and verified they were solid platinum. Save yourself a headache and shop at a more trustworthy jewelry store.

1 /5 Julie Oliver: What a nasty old lady that works in this store, gracious, I would never go back! She was rude and disrespectful. Plus, it’s very creepy, because they make up the prices, nothing has a tag that you can see, they are all hidden, and then they try and make out like you are getting a good deal. The prices I did see were very overpriced for what they were, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your jewelry needs…unless if course you like to be ripped off.

I’ve sent past partners there to get gifts for me, gotten gifts for my mom, and of course have my eye on quite a few future gifts for myself. The customer service here is amazing. They will make sure your jewelry perfectly suits your personality or version. Sanaz and Zara are always my go-to employees there! I had an amazing experience with them, they were both very helpful and were kind enough to let me sell this gold I just had around. Friendly environment, I will definitely be coming back to purchase jewelry. I noticed a variety of selection of jewelry that I would like to buy for myself. I definitely recommend selling your gold here if you have some laying around or just not wearing. I’ve already recommended few friends already to come here if they need to sell any gold.
