Jessica Kille Their jewelry is beautiful, no doubt. But the customer service was so disappointing. I bought $100 earrings that had a design flaw. When I brought them back 2 weeks later they tried to charge me for the repair. There are local artists who will bend over backwards to stand behind their product. Please look them up and go there. 6/2/25 Appreciate that you care enough about one customer to have such a kind response.

Jessie Wade This is the sweetest shop with so many gorgeous crystals/stones/rocks! There’s an entire section of raw stones which are generally hard to find, and the prices are so reasonable. The owner was so knowledgeable and kind as well, and I will definitely be coming back when I visit Santa Cruz again! Highly recommend anyone interested in stones to check out this shop. You will be so happy you did!

Elan Emerson One of my favorite places for a perfect gift! I love the selection of home goods, especially the beautiful serving bowls. Recently Sonia, the owner, helped me pick out a selection of local handmade cards for a big project. The staff is great. The space is lively and the prices are fair. Looking forward to returning soon.

Salah Alwasheeem Buying rings and different accessories is a very prominent shop but expanding or shortening a ring size is very poor work. I brought in a never worn ring and when i wanted it expanded he expanded it and the size fit perfectly but the ring got torn apart making it apear as if it was worn for 2 years by a welder. When i made the complaint he gave me a $3 off and said it will eventually get damaged when you wear it. Horrible excuse for a bad job.

Mary Lundberg This store is the mecca for vintage jewelry! There’s a wide assortment of sterling silver, estate and beautiful costume jewelry. The prices are fair and reasonable. It’s a collective, with six ladies, each with their own style of offerings! They are always friendly and helpful in finding the right gift or treat to myself. Lots of pictures and decorative vintage items as well. Best shop in downtown Santa Cruz by far!!

Amy Ryan Went with a few friends and the clerk followed us around immediately. We were just browsing and not doing anything abnormal. Most everything is locked up so I dont understand why he was following us around. Also there is a sign that you cant flip through books without buying first. That was strange and uninviting. Overall there is a good selection and really pretty crystals but there was an uncomfy vibe and I think you all should have my feedback. I dont want to bring a small business rating down so just rating 4 stars .

Beverley Rabbitts My piercing experience with Adam was professional, exactly what I wanted it to look like, quicker and less painful than I anticipated. The booking and paperwork process was easy, I got a convenient time easily, and it cost about what I thought it would (not super cheap but everything was the highest quality). The business is clean, tastefully furnished, and everyone was friendly.

Emma Payne The employees are not friendly. They are very short with you and not happy to help. Additionally, their selection is very bad. Not many sizes of anything. The styles aren’t very on trend but some are okay. Sorry, but I would rather shop at an online boutique or at the mall.
