The booking and paperwork process was easy, I got a convenient time easily, and it cost about what I thought it would (not super cheap but everything was the highest quality). The business is clean, tastefully furnished, and everyone was friendly.

    Esther Trinidad: I have purchased many silver pieces from them, Super Silver decided to get my husband a chain, regret it and now Im questioning if its true silver. We have owned this particular chain less than a month and it is blackened, smells like metal despite how many times you clean it and/or polish. In addition not even the employee who helped me with my complaint couldnt polished the blackened color off. Sadly to say this will be the last purchase I will do in this jewelry shop. Cant believe they werent willing to work or give options to a long time costumer, preferred to lose a costumer. If theres a small store, in which theres little to no management on site, no customer should be driving across town to get a resolution. Theres should be a date/time offered to see a resolution. Of course if a business would like to honor and keep regular costumers

Recently Sonia, the owner, helped me pick out a selection of local handmade cards for a big project. The staff is great. The space is lively and the prices are fair. Looking forward to returning soon.

    Cuccia Remy (Kat): A few weeks ago, the setting fell out of my engagement ring. I brought it in immediately and was greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable staff here. They were able to help me order a new stone (a heart shaped amethyst, so they dont just work with common-cut diamonds) and set it for me. They did so in a timely manner at a very reasonable price, and the stone they suggested is gorgeous! Before, the stone was a duller color, and although this ones smaller, its a richer purple and far more sparkly (and the new 6 prong setting looks much more secure than the original 5 prong setting). I couldnt be happier with the new life theyve brought to my engagement ring!
