Seriously, I think she might have a photographic memory or some kind of customer-service superpower. I was just walking through the mall today, not even shopping for jewelry, and she still remembered me! That level of attentiveness is rarer than the diamonds in the case. Ester is professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly—like, the kind of friendly where you feel like a high roller, even if you’re just browsing. She follows up like a pro, making sure I got exactly what I wanted last time, and now I can’t imagine shopping anywhere else. I’ll definitely be back for another purchase—for the love of my life, of course. But let’s be honest, I might also just go back for the VIP treatment and to feel like a jewelry-shopping celebrity again. If you want amazing service and someone who actually cares, go see Ester.

5 /5 Josiah Clymer: Offered to clean my jewelry for free. Diagnosed an issue with my ring being too small, and showed me the merchandise. Didnt try to sell me or charge me for their time. Great people. A woman named India helped me who was very kind.

I called about 14 more jewelry stores from Los Gatos down to South of Aptos, and no luck. Finally, I called Don Roberto in the Macys mall in Capitola, and they had two turtle charms and a dragonfly charm in gold! I bought both a beautiful gold turtle with an emerald on its shell, and a white & yellow gold dragonfly with diamonds, and she loves them! And the women at Don Roberto could not have been nicer.
