5 /5 Luke Paulus: They are the best in town. I tried a few other places prior but Hensley is superior I brought my grandfathers old watch in. It had been sitting in storage for two decades. It was an old “Fossil” I had no idea if this thing even worked or not. He replaced the battery in about 3 minutes. I was in and out. Battery replacement was cheaper than the other places I’d been. Then I noticed the second hand was stuck after half a day of ticking, so I brought it back And Hensley fixed it without any issue. Like I said, they are the best. Still working to this day. Wish I could bring him more business!
