On our first visit, Taylor helped us out and was extremely helpful—professional, patient, and knowledgeable. The two other girls working that day were also super friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall vibe. When we came back the next day to pick up our jewelry, Tina—who was also there the day before—helped us and was just as amazing. She was down-to-earth, positive, informative, and made the whole process smooth and thorough. Huge shoutout to both Taylor and Tina for making this such a great experience. We really appreciated the customer service and will definitely be back!
