Joe (the son of the two there) has always done EXCELLANT repair work, given me great prices on things I wanted to buy, and..... very importantly to me..... has done his best to make the repairs on the same day that Ive brought a piece in, knowing that it is a 3 hour round trip for me to do business with them! I couldnt recommend Village Goldsmiths high enough!!

Melissa Baker: The experience was great. She was super patient and sweet. I would give 5 stars without hesitation, but the jewlery is not great. My friend and I got matching anklets and they are turning our skin black. With the price (150 plus a tip), and the fact supposed to last a very long time, its not favorable having a black ring around your skin every day. I would spend a little more and go with somewhere that offers actual gold/silver chains.

Chris Losi: Walked in with my whole family to buy clothes. We had an empty plastic water bottle and coffee cup. Asked the cashier (who was not helping anyone) if she had a trash can. She said no. I could see the trash can. She said I had to go across the store into the main mall to find a trash can. I said, well then Im not buying anything. She said thats fine. I said I see the trash can right there! She said, its not for food. I went to Macys instead and spent $300. Ill be avoiding them in the future.

Jacq: By chance I found this hidden gem of a jewelry store and repair on my way to donate at Snowline. I have had two sentimental pieces of my late mothers jewelry that have needed repair for years.... The garnet cabochon necklace required restringing, which I couldnt fine a jeweler who was able to fix. The jade needed a very narrow ring that was thicker on the top. The shop did a beautiful job, top notch! So knowledgeable, including the other employees. Love!❤️

Shawna Saar: Me and my Husband went in yesterday to have a ring resized yes not the most expensive ring but the staff was very rude was asking a few questions on why we couldnt have it resized just to be belittled and talked down to like we werent good enough to be in their store the way they answered our questions was in a way like we should have known and very smug just very poor company and staff I wouldnt recommend going to this jewelry store go to Marcozzis down the street their store smells of money not road kill and the staff at Marcozzis is very inviting and kind and helpful Shame on you Sierra Gem Company. I would have given no stars but had to choose at least one to post this review to warn others.

Stefano Fontanelli: I wanted a custom engagement ring. I went to Diablo Fine Jewelers and talked to David who was very nice and knowledgeable. I showed them how I wanted and I got the first CAD rendering after a couple of weeks to better understand how it looked. They created a copy made with wax to test the stones (sapphire and diamonds) and once I gave the OK it took only another two weeks to get the real ring. The result is outstanding, my fiancée loves it and also everyone else (me included). Diablo Fine Jewelers is my go to place whenever I need to buy a precious present for my loved ones. I highly recommend it.
