Melissa Baker The experience was great. She was super patient and sweet. I would give 5 stars without hesitation, but the jewlery is not great. My friend and I got matching anklets and they are turning our skin black. With the price (150 plus a tip), and the fact supposed to last a very long time, its not favorable having a black ring around your skin every day. I would spend a little more and go with somewhere that offers actual gold/silver chains.

Renee Ireland I absolutely love these people. I had taken it twice to the same jeweler to resize and he couldn’t get it right. It kept flipping upside down and broke a prong. I took it these guys they were awesome!!! It fits perfectly and looks beautiful and repaired it beautifully. I am so so very happy. It belonged to my late mother it was her engagement ring and they handled it as if was theirs !!! I highly recommend them!!!

Wendy Newton Ive gone here many, many times over the past several years. Joe (the son of the two there) has always done EXCELLANT repair work, given me great prices on things I wanted to buy, and..... very importantly to me..... has done his best to make the repairs on the same day that Ive brought a piece in, knowing that it is a 3 hour round trip for me to do business with them! I couldnt recommend Village Goldsmiths high enough!!

Chris Losi Walked in with my whole family to buy clothes. We had an empty plastic water bottle and coffee cup. Asked the cashier (who was not helping anyone) if she had a trash can. She said no. I could see the trash can. She said I had to go across the store into the main mall to find a trash can. I said, well then Im not buying anything. She said thats fine. I said I see the trash can right there! She said, its not for food. I went to Macys instead and spent $300. Ill be avoiding them in the future.
