1 /5 Elyse Reitz: Love my ring! I had great customer service at first. Until I brought the ring back because it was giving me blister on my finger and they didn’t want to make it right. I found out the ring was completely fake! Now I have a ring I can’t even wear! Sucks because they have a beautiful selection but I don’t trust them now! All respect is gone!

1 /5 AJ Delgado: Go elsewhere. I bought my wedding ring from here 5 years ago. It now has 3 diamonds that have fell out. Thought this ring would last me a lifetime. Its garbage. It was definitely not worth $1300. Went to the same store in Sacramento and asked what the value of the ring was and the gentleman told me $400.

1 /5 Darien Chris: Worst place Ive ever been to. First off, I did not feel welcomed. None of the employees seemed like they gave a damn about being there because all they do is sit there with blank faces. And to add insult to injury, they offered me $25 dollars for a 10k gold ring. I could of gotten a better deal than that at a pawn shop. Now I see why they are so empty. Do go there! If you want a better offer, find somewhere else to sell your gold.
