I told her I was looking to add bands to my existing wedding ring and she showed me different combinations until I was pleased with one. She was upfront about the price, and it was the same when I picked up the ring. I asked her about the time frame: 7-10 days to resize my ring (took 4!), then 5-6 weeks to special order my band. They resized, got the bands, and welded them to my wedding ring in 2 1/2 weeks. They called me twice during the process to keep me updated. I highly recommend them!

Ninoska Castrillo: This location has always been helpful and informative. The staff is usually nice, and store clean. We came in today and Sarah and a nice lady in a Grey sweater welcomed me immediately at the same time. I came to just try sizing out and ended up finding the exact ring I was looking for at a great price for my fiancée. He loved it and Sarah made the entire process extremely positive and seamless. All questions were answered and she even noticed when we were nervous about buying and showed patience and willingness to understand. I havent been proud to buy from a jeweler in a long time time. My fiancée and I left very happy thank you Sarah! P.s. Corporate PLEASE take notice to how someone like Sarah and the staff here connect to the people here the best they can.

Jesse Jones: Very honest and good work. Brought in a gold chain I had bought maybe 5-6 years ago, wanted to turn it into 2 bracelets. Decided to do 3 bracelets so I can give one to my little sister. Was gonna be $360, I was fine with that. They called before starting the work to let me know it was silver with gold on top instead of full solid gold, so it’d be $150 instead. Could’ve just charged me $360 but they are very honest and do great work, I love how it turned out now I can make use of a chain I had never worn. They also finished in about 2 hours which was great, I was expecting it’d be an all day thing. 10/10 will definitely come back

Ted and Morgan are very welcoming and passionate about providing great service, building genuine connections with clients, and incredibly knowledgeable. Between Ted and Morgan, they were able to explain every single item I brought with me. It was impressive! Morgan specialized in the coins and jewelry testing and Ted was quick to help with reviewing and teaching me the history of the vintage stamps, letters, unique china, and other random trinkets I brought in. Thank you to the Clipper Cargo team for a history lesson and your passion in providing unique and customer-focused service! I feel valued, informed, and that I was paid beyond fairly for the materials I chose to sell. I look forward to my next visit!

Repairs (like restringing), changing a clasp so you can use the bracelet or necklace, replacing earring posts.- all well done. They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.

She was so patient and knowledgeable about certain rings and diamonds. I had the same ring for 17 years on my finger and it felt like I was going crazy trying to replace it.. I couldn’t find anything that I was really looking for but she made it happen. Edgar, behind the desk really knows that jewelry matters, taking his time and doing what he needs to do to make people leave with what they want. I can’t explain how happy I am, and I literally left with tears of joy!!
