5 /5 Jesse Jones: Very honest and good work. Brought in a gold chain I had bought maybe 5-6 years ago, wanted to turn it into 2 bracelets. Decided to do 3 bracelets so I can give one to my little sister. Was gonna be $360, I was fine with that. They called before starting the work to let me know it was silver with gold on top instead of full solid gold, so it’d be $150 instead. Could’ve just charged me $360 but they are very honest and do great work, I love how it turned out now I can make use of a chain I had never worn. They also finished in about 2 hours which was great, I was expecting it’d be an all day thing. 10/10 will definitely come back

5 /5 des perez: Found this Jeweler on google maps and saw the reviews went to get an estimate on how much they can fix my two chains and bracelet. They were very Respectful and gave me a great price. 95$ dollars to fix and was done within four days. They even cleaned my jewelry for free. So happy with this jeweler! Will not go to anybody else Absolutely LOVE This place so happy I went. I dont really trust jewelers with my jewelry because of a different experience Ive had. Here are pictures of what they fixed before and after. Thank you Dong jewelry &watch repair!!! 5 stars. (Last place I went to was in walnut creek, They were so expensive and took forever to fix my jewelry, and my necklace broke a couple days later)

My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.

She was so patient and knowledgeable about certain rings and diamonds. I had the same ring for 17 years on my finger and it felt like I was going crazy trying to replace it.. I couldn’t find anything that I was really looking for but she made it happen. Edgar, behind the desk really knows that jewelry matters, taking his time and doing what he needs to do to make people leave with what they want. I can’t explain how happy I am, and I literally left with tears of joy!!

After receiving the ring back to repair a missing accent stone, I noticed that the new accent stone was slightly off in the color. Immediately turned around and brought it back in to have it inspected. The owner agreed with me on and said to give them a week or two to get a new accent stone. When I came back to pick it up again, they were able to get it done properly. Long story short, Id bring my jewelry back to this place. Rarely nowadays a business will acknowledge their mistake and will turn around and make things right. This is one of those businesses. Thank you Cottingtown Jewelers!

This meant a lot to me because if they cant treat their employees good then how can i expect them to treat a customer well. I even asked how they liked their job she said (tall beautiful women) she loved it. To my surprise her daughter came from the next room. I thought she must be the owner or owners daughter, but as it turned out she was an employee, and the actual owner allows her to babysit her daughter WHILE ON THE CLOCK!!!!!! This blew me away. I took in my mothers ring to get sized. Not only did they do a magnificent job for half the price i got quoted from joyeria torres (went to joyeria Marias old location in the jack n the box shopping center where this other torres place now is). The lady owner straightened out the ring, and cleaned it for free! I still cant get over that this business takes care of their personally as they do. A family orientated business at its core.
