I was told by online customer service that I could return a necklace in-store without issues. However, when I called the store, Crystal, a head leader, was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me I couldn’t repurchase it after returning. Confused, I contacted customer service again, and they confirmed I could. When I called back, Mark was incredibly helpful and resolved everything smoothly. While I appreciate the support from online service and Mark, Crystal’s unprofessional attitude made the experience extremely frustrating.
