5 /5 Ryan Han: I went to Zales to search for my fiancé’s ring. Zale’s had a great selection, and Nia helped me so much when finding a perfect ring. I came to her with ideas of what I was looking for, fully expecting to have to do a custom ring design to accomplish it, but she had very good knowledge of what Zales had, not just in stock, and found and ordered a ring that matched what I was looking for. I came in a week later to see it in person and it was perfect!
