1 /5 Kenzie Amack: The rings are nice online but don’t expect a traditional appointment experience. We went to blue Nile in person to see a few specific rings. They have an extremely limited selection and were not very knowledgeable and plainly unhelpful. Went to a few other stores in this mall and had a laughably better experience. Great if you want something affordable online but don’t expect much from an appointment!

I was worried, but Lianna was able to help us size my fiancée properly and order us the new ring. She was also kind enough to follow-up to ensure we had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend BN, and if you get a chance to work with Lianna- you should!

Ali did an excellent job in replacing the stone, at a more than reasonable price. The other store prices were very high, and I didnt receive good customer service. The ring was ready in less than 48 hours. He is making me a necklace with the blue topaz stone; I cant wait to see it. He gave me good suggestions and options in the design. He also has very nice jewelry in his shop at good prices. Highly recommended!
