Tri Vo Dr. Kwan has been taking care of me and my family for almost ten years now, and we’re so glad we found him. He’s super gentle and really knows his stuff. He took care of it in no time, and you can’t even tell it’s there. What I really appreciate is how straight-up and kind he is. Having grown up with a dentist in the family, I truly appreciate high-quality dental care, and Dr. Kwan and his team exceeded my expectations. Rakan Al hnaiti If there was a zero star I would give it, they brought me all the way up from work and told me that they work with HMO insurance and once I got there they said we no longer work with that insurance and you have to pay a 1000 to do a deep cleaning, that is ridiculous and time wasting. Do not waste your time and go somewhere else, not professional and aware of their plans.

Justin Hebblethwaite I recently visited Morning Dental and was extremely disappointed with my experience. While they do accept HMOs, they refused to clean my teeth without insisting on a $400 deep cleaning. It felt like a blatant money grab, and I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a straightforward and affordable cleaning.

Katie L. Torres Bad experience after I came here for 5 year. Dr Fong did a root canal in June 2024. Then I had an infection on one the teeth he did root canal in Jun. It turns out that there was an untreated canal in that teeth caused me infection. It costs me a lot of money to do the retreatment in a different endodontist. Dr. Fong office denied their mistake and blame me that I had a bad dental insurance!

Fober Carmen “The Florist” Dr Fong is a very experienced dentist. I called his office because I had a very bad toothache. After a couple of xrays, I was diagnosed with a very bad infection. I was given an antibiotic prescription to help get rid of the infection. Dr Fong has been our family dentist. Hes very experienced, gentle, one for all family members. We all appreciate his good work. Definitely a dentist for everyone.

Vic Dentist was knowledgable, professional, and most importantly skillful. I came in to take care of two cavities and he did an excellent job in filling them. The front desk staff were kind, polite and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Sxl Lee Words cannot describe my disappointment here. Both of the times I went here for cavity filling. There’s always lingering issue afterward and was told (both times) to go home and live with it. I should have learned my lesson the first time. If you finished the filling and I still can’t feel the the impact as I’m biting down.. how is that normal?

Brendan Koerin I had been with this dentist for more than a decade until they decided to take spontaneous vacation. I had been waiting for this appointment for more than 7 months when I arrived no one was there. I received no notice of cancellation and was told they would not be back for another three weeks and they could not fit me in until another month after that. The dentist are an old marry couple and are giving the impression they have one foot out the door and are ready to retire. It is clear now the clients are no longer a priority. Not cool on there part I missed a day of work to make this appointment and now have to find a dentist on very short notice to clean my teeth before going abroad.

I had to drive 85 miles from home to get to his office located in Huntington Beach. The work I needed took three visits. I AM ABSOLUTELY AND EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND WORK DONE ON ME. Blake Smith BEST Dentist I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm hello and welcome. I had made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled 2 week prior and like how they reminded me about my appointment through text. Which is great because Im always so busy I forget. As soon as I realized I had the appointment I text back to reschedule and they were booked but they said come in at 530 toward the end of the day. I was a little late which I felt bad about but got stuck in traffic but they waited for me and still took me in for my appointment. WoW! Talk about customer service. Now Im not at all good with needles but she is the best at making you clam and not worry. She has a very steady hand and was able to poke me with very little to no pain which was such a relief. She also saw that I had needed fillings and worked on those for for 30min keep in mind I didnt go in for that and I was late but she didnt care she wanted to make sure my teeth were done right which Im sure anyone can appreciate. By the time the numbing kicked in she made sure as she extracted the teeth that I was always okay her overall concern about your experience is 10/10 . This type of dedication is something people wish for in all fields of service. Cant understand how people can complain the staff as team really makes you feel at home! She DEFINITELY has a client for life and I will recommend her to anyone I meet!!

Juan Sanchez This is the worst dental office and the more-than-worst dentist we ever had in our life. The dentist wore a long nails and this does not fit with a standard professional job as a dentist. Second, she pushed clients to do a deep cleaning for $300+. After I replied that I did not have time for that service on the date, she immediately stood up and asked her assistant to finish my cleaning. The assistant did the worst job also when she realized that they could not get the money from the deal of deep cleaning. Avoid this office because: 1) Not professional Service ( loooong nails, dirty looking) 2) The dentist and the staffs are both rude 3) Force you to pay for your unwanted services

Jennifer Forcht Just left Bella Terra Dentistry. Its been a few years since Ive been to see Dr. Nguyen. After x-rays were taken, Dr. Nguyen reviewed my problem areas and fixed them. Yes, I needed a few fillings. She did a great job. Love her staff too. Ive been coming here for 5 years. And will continue. Dr. Nguyen is a caring person. She even remembered my dogs names. Love her!

Genae Medina This is the best dentist Ive ever been to, and I am terrified of dentists so thats high praise! They are gentle, kind, and efficient. You can tell that every staff member genuinely cares about their work. The quality of dental work really mattered when I got my crown, and they made sure its a perfect fit! Nobody can tell which one it is, the work was so good! They were great with my insurance too. With scheduling, they are very accommodating. I first went here for x-rays for sudden severe tooth pain, and they ended up taking care of me same day, completely solving my aching tooth! I have since been back many times and I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Michael and every single dental assistant there! I hope the team at Coastal Dental knows how much I appreciate them, especially since my anxiety makes me not always the easiest patient. Thank you guys!

Leonard Wayne PsyD Now ADA will respond to Dr. Dong I have tried calling you three different times 3-28, 3-29, 3-31, you have failed to return my calls. You did surgery on my mouth 01-18-2022 and didnt even inquire how I was doing after five days. Ive never felt this much pain, and it felt like the root or something deep. You are very rough when it comes to actually working on my teeth. You never asked if I was numb enough I show up at your office five days later 1-23-2022 with one of the screws that had fallen out in my mouth and you said come back in a couple months? Your place holds the honor of having been my most horrendous customer service experience ever at a dentist. Your bedside manner was detestable. I have lost all confidence in you and your staff and wish to be refunded my money for services that you werent able to render. Ive already got a new dentist. Ive now contacted my credit card company and file dispute since you didnt have the courtesy to call me back. I dont treat people this way. I dont write reviews unless I am seriously dissatisfied, which I am!!

Henry Landwehr I walked in one day years ago. Found out I needed a root canal and he scheduled me in that afternoon. No pain what so ever. Very reasonable price. I have been seeing him and I moved to Northern California years ago. I visit Southern California a couple times a year so it convenient to visit this kind gentle Dentist.

Diana Gomez Dr. Cindy Tran (manager & owner) yelled at my elderly mother in her office and over the phone for a procedure she didn’t even do. She also yelled at me over the phone (never met me) due to the first interaction she had with my mom. My mom complained about a possible chipped tooth. She ended up hanging up on us. It makes me very sad that our community has a dentist who is so mean-spirited to the elderly and cannot treat people with the kindness and respect they deserve. There’s a reason they don’t have many customers here. It’s awful.
