Martin Taroon If i could i would give it no star at all. Worst insurance company i ever had. Evey 6 months they raise your monthly payment and reson for that is car mileage which i dont drive my car too much like beginning i got insured by nationwide. Search first and then choose your car insurance. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY.

samuel canal I had an extremely disappointing experience with this insurance broker and would not recommend their services to anyone. The customer service is unprofessional and outright rude. I initially purchased liability insurance through them for my Chevrolet S10, paying $280 upfront, with a monthly premium of $190. After realizing that I could get the same coverage elsewhere for only $150 down and $100 per month, I decided to cancel. When I called to inform them, I was told that I would receive a refund check for the remaining balance within two to four weeks. However, it has now been over a month and half, and I still have not received my check for a lousy $70. When I called back to follow up, I simply asked for the contact information of the insurance company handling my refund. Instead of assisting me, the representative responded with a nasty attitude, rudely claiming that she had already given me the number during my last visit. Her tone was condescending and unprofessional, making it clear that customer service is not a priority for this business. I strongly advise against using this insurance broker unless you want to be overcharged and disrespected. There are far better options out there with better pricing and customer service.

Carol McRoberts My Insurance Agent is Dee Hernandez of State Farm in Turlock on Geer Road. I have always had great and fast customer service, however this past week I had three sections of fence blow down plus a gate blow down because of the bad winds and storms. Dee personally came out and took pictures and gave me instructions on how to file a claim. I did just what he said and Claims Department was very helpful. The next day he came to check on how things were moving and brought us a check. Dee Hernandez has excellent customer service and his office has continued to make sure everything was handled correctly and make sure we were taken care of in the proper manner. In this day and age of this world it’s very hard to get excellent customer service but Dee Hernandez and his staff are the BEST! Another Planet’s Hell Farmers Insurance agent Shawn Looney issued a homeowners policy in my name without my authorization. When I emailed him demanding he remove my name from the policy, he wrote back, "You guys clearly have some family things going on that have nothing to do with me. The policy will be cancelled." Setting aside the unprofessionalism of his reply, he clearly conceded what he did: issued an unauthorized policy. When I replied to his email demanding he not contact me again, he almost immediately emailed me again. No boundaries. No conscience. No remorse. And now you know.
