4 /5 Balachandra shanabhag: Most of hotels in South Lake Tahoe were full when I was looking for room in busy winter weekend. Rooms were decent and clean. Easy access and no parking issues. Breakfast was good and coffee was surprisingly nice. Only thing I didnt userstand was late check-in time of 4pm. Most hotels have check in time of 2. They have hourly rate for late checkout as per display in lobby. $12 per hour after 11am and full day after 2pm.

1 /5 Sweet Harm: Run down. Took a shoulder to the door to get it to open! We had to bring the air freshener from our car to cover the musty smell from the room. No fridge, no microwave in room. Carpet was stained, wallpaper was held up by staples. Empty wine bottles under beds from previous guests. We had the downstairs room, which was a mistake. The floors are so squeaky it kept me awake. Signal running to TVs is low quality, wifi is also poor. Pool was drained. One star for the great air conditioning unit.

1 /5 Annie Ruiz: Is not that is old it is terribly dirty. 204$ a night for that awful place. Do not stay there. Under the bed sheet is dirty, there spiders n spider web under lamp, shower is dark not clean the carpet is super dirty even the phone is dirty the sink was dirty, finger prints on door.

2 /5 JUDITH BERGSTROM: I found the housekeepers keys in my sheets...sharp and uncomfortable (Management could have cared less). The sink in the bathroom would not drain. Carpet was very dirty. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Nothing but white bread, sweet rolls and sugary cereal and tiny (2") wrinkled apples.

1 /5 Frank Huber: Really filthy room, looks like they do not clean it daily. Tried to ask for comoensation, but they were very incooperative. Really bad hotel and very overpriced as well. Will not stay here again.
