BMO Bank N.A Branches - South Lake Tahoe Robert Kushner: Every transaction is a nightmare. The first deposit was on hold for 30 days and every deposit after that was hold for over a week. I tried to use my debit card for an online transaction and there was a hold on that too. After a 30 minute hold to the number on the back of the card I was told I would have to, "step into the branch". I asked to speak to their supervisor but was told the same thing. I also signed up for their merchant account and that was a nightmare also. I was charged about $200 and $60 every month even though my contract stated they would not do that. I was able to get most of the money back but I had close my merchant account and open another one with another bank. Bank of the West is also not open on Saturdays and closes at 5:00 on the week days. This was the last straw for me. I will be closing all 3 accounts tomorrow, business checking, personal checking and savings account.
