H M: They are only open 24/5. The showers are VERY moldy. And the shower head was similar to being sprayed with a garden hose when you cover half of it. Rough.

Elev8 Training - Vallejo

Kalveen Shergill: I worked with Berto and Kelly for right around a year and they were amazing. Very reasonable price for a comprehensive level of support. They were willing to work with my specific physical needs, made me a custom nutrition plan, assessed and worked around prior injuries, and really went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Beyond the program structure and flexibility, Berto and Kelly were instrumental in the mental toughness I built around my health and fitness. Dealing with injuries in my early 20’s brought with it a lot of frustration. They didn’t let me spiral and feel sorry for myself, they met me where I was at and kept reminding me that we as a team are going to work through whatever my circumstances are. I ended the year more flexible, stronger, and with a solid foundation. I highly suggest their group strength straining program and would recommend them to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals!

And the kettle bells are always locked up and when I ask for them to be unlocked they say “only the personal trainers have the key.” So now I have to walk around looking for a personal trainer to ask them to unlock the weights I pay monthly to use? What sense does that make

Lia Ann Spetland: I enjoy this location so much, most of the staff is friendly and helpful. It is very well kept. Theres never a long wait even when its busy. I like the layout of the machines at this location, its sectioned off so its easy to navigate where you can work on what. Showers are clean and usually available and the spa is my favorite place in the world! Cryotherapy bed, Hydrotherapy bed and massage chairs are perfect for post workout cool down. Downloading the app for even more perks!

Perfect for those who dont prefer large, busy gyms with lots of people and noise. Family owned, clean, state of the art equipment, intimate but spacious with all the equipment you would need for a solo or small group session. As a millennial office worker looking to improve my strength and overall functional movement , I booked three 1-1 coaching sessions with Jeff (60 min each) for a personal fitness assessment and to create a tailored workout plan that aligned with my personal fitness goals (i.e., improve tight hip flexors and shoulders from sitting all day, address weak knees from old snowboarding injury, easily lift and carry above 40# for extended time (aka little kiddos lol). Through Jeff my trainer, I learned so much and feel well-equipped to take care of my body thru intentional workouts, solid knowledge about proper form, reps, and resistance training. What sets Pike Fitness apart is their incredibly caring, professional, and knowledgeable ethos for helping others build and maintain strength at ALL life stages. So come as you are, Pike Fitness is a solid investment for your fitness journey, wherever you are. Thanks Jeff. Pike Fitness is a gem for Vallejo!
