Jay PandaBoi I usually don’t have a problems with Ulta but I’m not sure if the girls were just bored but they called security on my friend and I when we were shopping. I work the beauty department at the store I work at so I could kinda tell they thought we were stealing when a lady in neon yellow was following us around for 10 minutes. Made us uncomfortable so we didn’t end up not purchasing anything and left, they didn’t even service us, if they were so keen on thinking we were stealing I would have gladly shown them my bag. I’ll just going to a different store

Vintage Lover Girls working there seem like they don’t want to be there at all. I can never find someone for help it’s like they’re all hiding or avoiding helping. The “managers” look like they need a makeover. The tall one always looks like she just woke up and never knows what’s going on. The blonde one with glasses, makes you feel stupid, she belittled me, and gave me attitude. I feel like I wear more makeup than the “managers” and know more than them. Everytime I ask for help they disappear. Don’t waste your time shopping here. Very rude and disappointing staff.

Vicki Ferguson You could spend hours here! Large selection of makeup, skincare, hair care and perfume. They also have a salon in the back for hair and nails. Prices are not too bad. One sales rep helped me with my purchase, was very nice and not pushy which I appreciate! I will return lol!

Sharon Thompson Rosalba is the owner and she does an excellent job with perms, haircuts, and color. Her perms are excellent and she will cut your hair exactly as you want it done. Ive never had color myself, but a friend had her color her hair and it was beautiful. I highly recommend Rosalba!

Sandra Jones I hadnt been here in awhile and remembered it being good and reasonable. I made my appt she called three times to move me forward. As I sat down her next appts were showing up.I brought a picture of what i wanted. She turned me so i was looking away from the mirror. She started whacking away. When she finished she showed me what she had done. I was so. unhappy!! Its gonna take a year to get it back to looking good I look like she put a bowl on my head and I can not do anything with it. I also brought my friend in to get her hair done and colored. My friend had the same treatment. My friend spent $165 on her hair and she said her hair is all chopped up. I was so upset I had told my friend im sure you will like her. I feel like i should pay my friend back because I recommended her. We wont be coming back. I feel awful to leave such a poor report but hopefully it will do some good?

Yadi Zendejas I have been going to Ultimate Hair Salon since they opened! The service is great and the salon has been recently remodeled. The environment is very clean and relaxing. Rosalba is one of my favorite stylist because she uses quality products and can perform anything from a routine trim to a special hair-do or make-up for those special events. I recommend this salon for men, women and children!

Rob Rey If you want a fade, taper, line up, or just a plain haircut she can do it. Ana does the best haircuts, she keeps her appointments and one of the best female barbers in town..

Britney Chavez Ive just got done my hair done by this place and its very horrible. I am very upset and disappointed in how it came out. I am not sure quite sure who did my hair but I was appalled in how she did my hair. She decided it was best to straightened my hair while cutting it... it was very bad, my hair looked very mistreated.

I went as a model for a student and tbh I love it❤️ it was perfect too before my daughters bday party i will definitely go back and schedule appointments with her or even be a model again! For eyebrow lamination and wax!! Katrina its a great teach she was right their watching them and answering any questions her students had!!!!!

Santos, Camille I was super hesitant and nervous about getting my eyebrows laminated for the first time . Katrina walked me through each step of the appointment and gave suggestions for my tint which I loved. I can NEVER not be without laminated brows now thanks to her! If your hesitant cause you don’t know how laminated brows might look on you , book it and let Katrina do her magic you won’t be disappointed.

Caroline Tran Booked an appointment (on website) for a brow lamination and tint. I met with Katrina who was very welcoming and caring. I was given detailed information in relation to my condition and alternatives. Her flexibility and focus on safety was definitely a 5-star! The service was personalized to my needs and I definitely am coming back! Amazing service + clean and relaxing place, I recommend you check it out.

Stefanie Smith I hired Krista for our H&mu for our wedding up on the north coast. I first visited the salon in Willits for a trial. It was such a welcoming and beautiful space. Krista made me feel so at home and we hit it off immediately! We had such a fun time together and she made me feel like my best self! I honestly dont wear a lot of makeup often but she made me feel sooo comfortable and confident. She was so genuine and talked me through how I was feeling, which was incredibly comforting. On our wedding day she and her team showed up and just fit into the mix so well. My bridemaids were loving the ladies and their skills and really bonding which was so nice! They were so good at picking out perfect makeup blends for each skin tone, but all staying on the same page with the soft tones we were aiming for. We had a little breakdown moment where there were some serious emotions and the team was so professional, supportive and comforting. I commented to Krista about how happy I was we found a team who really aligned with me in every way. Krista is so down to earth, caring, fun and extremely talented. I cannot reccomend her and her team enough. I seriously had the best time with them and hope to work with them again in the future!!! Thanks for everything Krista, you made my day so magical & made me feel so dang beautiful and comfortable in my skin!! xx

Monica M K & Co Salon is an awesome salon. The staff is professional and super friendly; they really do know what theyre doing. Kayla (GlambyKayla) is a very experienced hair dresser and is passionate about what she does. I had my hair done twice in the past 4 months at two other different salons and niether of these two salons were able to do what I wanted and my hair was just an ugly orangy, blond and yellow color. Kayla listened to what I wanted and showed me balayage examples of what she can do and she did it!! Kayla has patience for this kinda stuff and takes her time, which is why her results are always great!! I am extremely HAPPY with the end result and grateful she will be doing my bridal hair and make up!!
