Karina fixed it and she made an amazing job. I loved it and she’s very friendly. There was two other girls working at the Salon as well, they were polite and friendly too. Kelvin is STILL WORKING MIRACLES. I had been wearing Wigs, crochet styles and braids. My hair was in Extra Bad shape. It was dry, shedding, alopecia no edges etc. BAD shape you hear me. But God used Mr. Kelvin!!!! OMG. No one could tell me that I was not CUTE When I left that Beautiful shop. My hair IS BEAUTIFUL!!!! I stayed in the mirror. Thank You again Kelvin. I appreciate you. Keep letting God use ya.
That_White_Girl_Can_Braid - San Bernardino Jackie Hogan: I am a first time client, and I asked for individuals on a half a head, well Princess delivered!! Not only was she extremely gentle when braiding my hair, she braids really fast! She only took like 45 mins on my hair and when I looked in the mirror, I loved what I saw. Hands down I highly recommend her!! The only problem I had was the communication, it takes her a while to respond and the address on Google is wrong. Other than that a great braider!

Sassy Dos - San Bernardino Nicole Connell: I had a terrible experience at this salon. My hair Dressers name was Sarah, while she was sweet the quality of my hair cut is very poor. She could have maybe talked less and focused on what she was doing instead I have a choppy mess. To add to that when I called the salon to ask for help with my issue. They basically said there is nothing they can do because it’s been longer than 3 days. I’m sorry but it’s only been a week and the salon was closed 2 of those days. As a busy woman with a full time job I have to schedule a haircut into my routine and just can’t come back whenever I’d like. So will definitely not be returning and neither should you.

Elisas Barber & Beauty Shop - San Bernardino Gessenia Rivas: I chose to come here after doing a lot of research in the salons in this area and Redlands based on reading their reviews. Eli did my consultation and we discussed how the changes would work out several days in advance. She was able to get my natural almost-black hair color to ashy blonde in 2.5 hours - including the lift, toning, cutting, and styling it. As for the bleaching, I did not lose any hair strands because she used Olaplex to protect it. She and the other girls are very good at time management and customer service. They’re all warm and friendly and knowledgeable! They worked together to manage their clientele while there. It’s easy to tell why they have many returning customers and now my husband and I will be one too!
