Eli did my consultation and we discussed how the changes would work out several days in advance. She was able to get my natural almost-black hair color to ashy blonde in 2.5 hours - including the lift, toning, cutting, and styling it. As for the bleaching, I did not lose any hair strands because she used Olaplex to protect it. She and the other girls are very good at time management and customer service. They’re all warm and friendly and knowledgeable! They worked together to manage their clientele while there. It’s easy to tell why they have many returning customers and now my husband and I will be one too!
