EōS Fitness - Los Angeles
EōS Fitness
budfit budfit: This location is called Luxury location EoS so you normal cross state membership wont work. Luxury? Have you seen normal locations like in Miami or Saraota in Florida? They are twice as big and more luxurious. Sauna here in Los Angeles is half a size to Florida, gym size too, movie size too. Lockers seem old. Please remove LA from "so called luxury locations"

KABIR PATEL: LA Fitness is a solid gym with plenty of good-quality equipment and a spacious workout area. It’s well-maintained, and you can usually find everything you need — whether it’s for strength training, cardio, or stretching. The overall vibe is pretty good, and it’s a nice place to get a proper workout in. Overall, a great spot to stay consistent with your fitness routine.
SURFCORE Fitness - Los Angeles
Paul Bellezza: Ive been going to Surfcore Fitness for about two years now, and its hard to overstate what this community has meant to me. Ive been to a lot of gyms in LA over the years and was used to working out alone -- but I realized I missed having people to share the journey with. I came to Surfcore at a point in my life when I knew I needed to make some real changes to my health, and Carlos and Jose were so supportive and encouraging. After my first year, I got a clean bill of health from my doctor, and they genuinely celebrated that with me. Through the six-week challenges and all the day-to-day workouts, Ive learned how to better balance my eating, my fitness, and my mindset. The workouts are tough but fun, and the people are what make it special. Its supportive, hilarious, and full of good energy. Ive made real friends here -- something thats hard to do as an adult in L.A. And honestly, I really appreciate talking both workout shop and sharing the latest tea at Diva Fridays. Sadly, I had to move out of the area and I really miss my routine with the crew. Surfcore had become my third space -- a place between work and home where I felt grounded and be supported by friendly folk. Truly one of a kind.
WILFIT - Los Angeles
WILFIT
Clio Cho: I started Pilates because I’ve always enjoyed yoga, and I’m having so much fun learning thanks to Jini, who teaches exactly the way I prefer. The facility is clean, and I love that there’s a tidy stretching zone right next to the second-floor Pilates studio. Plus, there are cardio and strength training machines on the second floor, so I’ve been making good use of the facilities even after my Pilates classes!
Beyond Fitness LA - Los Angeles
Yiting: After fighting cancer, I was eager to regain my strength and feel “normal” again. Three months of personal training with Liron made me stronger than my pre-cancer self. Group boxing lessons are also super fun and a great hybrid workout. I always look forward to the next session!
Bolder Fitness - Los Angeles
Maryering McCartney: The Front Desk lady and/or trainer is very rude. My husband and I like to go to the gym and we walked through from the front door to the back door to check it out and consider the possibility to join this gym since is closer to our house. But this lady jumped to us, and literally kick us out of the gym because we were passing through it to the alley side. She screams to us, embarrassed us to everyone that were there working out at the moment and we just had the most awful experience. Besides that, my husband is handicap and he walks with a cane and even like that she made him get out. She doesn’t have sensibility, good heart, tolerance and above all good customer service. Thanks to her 2 possible customers (us) won’t even think about helping this business never!!!!
Basement Fit - Los Angeles
Doron Baruch: Basement fitness is my second home. I have been going to this private gym for years and I absolutely love. The owners Gab and David were born to do this. They know their stuff and really care about the health and technique of your workouts and body. Everyone should experience basement Fitness
GymTonic - Los Angeles
Larry Baird: Best kept secret in central LA! Convenient to Culver City, Whole Foods, Baldwin Hills, West Adams - and the metro E line train. Friendly staff and clientele - with new equipment and plenty of it! Always immaculately clean, high-end locker/shower/dry sauna areas. Most importantly, you are never waiting for machines or equipment.
24 Hour Fitness - Hollywood
24 Hour Fitness
Tai: This is by far the grossest gym I’ve ever been to. Avoid this place at all costs -nobody picks up their trash. The paper towel dispenser is always empty. There’s garbage scattered throughout the gym and it’s disgusting - staff will not look up from their phones to acknowledge anybody - nobody puts their weights back - don’t even walk in, but walk past the bathroom it smells awful - the place is falling apart with parts of the wall coming off - trash everywhere!! Never seen a single person cleaning inside - dumbbells are everywhere and nobody cares because the employees obviously don’t care about this place Pay 2x the cost and go anywhere else!! Every time you walk out of this gym you’ll feel like you went dumpster diving Check out the Yelp reviews - people have been complaining for a long time, but no action taken. You’ll only get the generic response here on Google Reviews, but check out people’s real thoughts on Yelp… 2.3 stars hah
Planet Fitness - Los Angeles
Planet Fitness
KayLynn Britcliffe: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solid Gym with Room for Shower Improvements – Planet Fitness Visited this Planet Fitness location recently and was pleased overall with the experience. The gym is spacious and well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and equipment, making it easy to get a solid workout in without waiting around. Staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival, which is always appreciated. The locker rooms were clean and maintained regularly, creating a comfortable space to get ready or wind down. The showers, however, could use improvement. It took about five minutes for hot water to kick in, and the shower stalls themselves weren’t as clean as the rest of the facility. That said, the showerheads were taller than six feet, which was a welcome surprise compared to most locations. Unfortunately, there’s no shelving or hooks inside the showers, so your toiletries have to go on the floor—not ideal. Overall, a good gym experience with just a few things to note if you’re planning to shower after your workout. Would still recommend this location for its equipment, space, and friendly staff.
