Very knowledgeable, polite, and reliable. Took my gold cuban link bracelet here to have some work done. Not only did Steve do a great job on the bracelet, which was a little complicated due to how the links are made, and had it ready when promised, but he also cleaned and polished it to my surprise, which I did not expect at all. The outcome - the piece looks fresh and brand new! They went above and beyond, and I appreciate it. Will be coming back for any repair needs, or if looking to buy as there were quite a few pieces in the store that caught my eye. P.S. Despite the name, they have a lot of gold pieces as well, not just silver.
