His highly professional and friendly manner inspired us to make a purchase. 1 /5 Irina Bogdanova: I went there to return an unwanted item that costs $3600, the manager and seller were incredibly rude to me. They accused me of wearing the item and did not accepted it. Even tho on the phone I was told that I can return it without any problem. I bought couple things there last year but I wont go back. So disgusting and disappointing. I wish they would show their truly faces when they sell you something. Its hard to believe they work for luxury retail.
