When I pointed it out, the seller actually got angry and started yelling at me instead of taking responsibility. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just rudeness and hostility.

5 /5 The Brains: Best Jewelry Store in Glendale, the one review at the bottom has to be fake. Me and my wife have been coming here for almost 15 years and the owner Harry treats us like family. Beautiful mom n pop store.

I brought in a piece of gold jewelry for a simple repair, and not only did they fail to fix it properly, but they damaged it even more and handed it back to me without taking any responsibility. No apology, no offer to correct their mistake—just attitude and excuses. If you value your jewelry and want decent service, avoid this place at all costs. I would never trust them again.
