1 /5 Yvonne Belmontez: Use to be my favorite store, until I got accidently charged $284. For a $40 purchase, guy said he could not fix the refund because he was not familiar with debit system, after I pulled out my phone to call my bank, he rushed towards me, tried to take my phone & his buisness card from my hands which where behind my back, then LOCKED me and my 8 year old twins in the store, yelled at me that I COULD NOT CALL MY BANK OR HAVE HIS BUISNESS CARD. I did make a police report, which is still pending...store closed before police arrived.

This is my go to place for birthdays and Anniversaries. The customers service is like no other. I’m fortunate to know such a great, honest, trustworthy and excellent Jeweler with such attention to detail.

5 /5 Geo A: I’ve been buying jewelry for my wife for many years...one day we stumbled across this corner jewelry store and were greeted by a nice gentleman outside. My wife admired a necklace in the window and when the gentleman told me the price I was shocked at what a deal he gave us. Not only did we buy the necklace but I came back a couple weeks later and bought her matching earrings for her birthday. If you are lucky enough to visit this place I can assure you the prices and the gentlemen who is very welcoming and genuine will not disappoint you.

Irene Han: LITERALLY, go to any other location except this one. I went in on Tuesday to purchase a ring for my mom. My mom really liked a ring but they didn’t have the ring in the metal and size she wanted, so the employee offered to call up the Beverly Center location and TRANSFER the ring my mom wanted to this location. I took her up on the offer to save myself the trip of driving down to Beverly myself. She told me it would take 3 days and 5 days pass with no updates, so I decided to call the store. A man picks up and tries to help me locate my “order” and when he’s not able to help me, transfers me to the store manager. Except it’s not the GLENDALE store manager, just a store manager who was covering for the day (tells you a lot already) She was unhelpful and didn’t understand my situation and spoke to me with a snarky tone. No apologies, basically told me to figure it out myself and you know what? That’s what I did rather than rely on some “manager.” Teaching a dog how to walk on two legs would be easier than having a conversation with this woman. AND she told me that she would have the original store manager call me back the next day and guess what? No one called me. Shocking. Go to any other location, seriously.
