We bought a new ring at a more trusted department store where we can actually locate them and return the ring if the stones fall off.

Im extremely picky with jewelery but I was pleasantly surprised to see how skillful and exceptional the work was. Unfortunately, my cross was stolen and I live 4000 miles away now. But I do plan a trip just to see if they can make another one. I did find a similar piece but it is almost the price of a car. I havent had the same honest experience anywhere else. I highly recommend them not just for the prices and the quality of the work, but the genuine kindness they show to every customer regardless if you purchase something or not.
