Noemi: Recently I bought an item in which a mistake was made and I had to do a return. The customer service I received was short and unwelcoming. While the mistake was made on the stores end, the sales associate was not apologetic and continued to reiterate the mistake was on the customer. Having worked in customer service, I was not impressed with the attitudes and entitlement of the sales associates throughout this customer service experience. The associates attitudes were not warranted and an apology or further thoughtfulness throughout the transaction would have been appreciated.
