An S My wedding band was bought from them. The stones fell three months after purchase and wear. The ring had cost us around 600 to 700 dollars and was valued later 30 dollars. We bought a new ring at a more trusted department store where we can actually locate them and return the ring if the stones fall off.

Irene Han LITERALLY, go to any other location except this one. I went in on Tuesday to purchase a ring for my mom. My mom really liked a ring but they didn’t have the ring in the metal and size she wanted, so the employee offered to call up the Beverly Center location and TRANSFER the ring my mom wanted to this location. I took her up on the offer to save myself the trip of driving down to Beverly myself. She told me it would take 3 days and 5 days pass with no updates, so I decided to call the store. A man picks up and tries to help me locate my “order” and when he’s not able to help me, transfers me to the store manager. Except it’s not the GLENDALE store manager, just a store manager who was covering for the day (tells you a lot already) She was unhelpful and didn’t understand my situation and spoke to me with a snarky tone. No apologies, basically told me to figure it out myself and you know what? That’s what I did rather than rely on some “manager.” Teaching a dog how to walk on two legs would be easier than having a conversation with this woman. AND she told me that she would have the original store manager call me back the next day and guess what? No one called me. Shocking. Go to any other location, seriously.

Usually I dont like wearing rings but he had a custom sized gold ring in 18K made for me that is the most comfortable Ive ever worn. Five stars for customer service, quality and price.
