I told the lady, I will pay for them but you guys fix them and I will pick them up another day. My daughter had the same small earings I bought so I tried hers on and were to small so when I went back the next day I told her I want my money back because the earings their fixing wont fit the lady Martha who is the manager didnt want to give me my money even though I never grabbed the earings

Noemi: Recently I bought an item in which a mistake was made and I had to do a return. The customer service I received was short and unwelcoming. While the mistake was made on the stores end, the sales associate was not apologetic and continued to reiterate the mistake was on the customer. Having worked in customer service, I was not impressed with the attitudes and entitlement of the sales associates throughout this customer service experience. The associates attitudes were not warranted and an apology or further thoughtfulness throughout the transaction would have been appreciated.

Jesus Ceballos: Very poor service. Didnt want to buy a new industrial extension cord, while they have a lot of old wore down construction equipment inside. Said they wouldnt be able to sell it. Honestly I dont think theyll be able to sell any of that stuff in there. Probably go out of business soon, the ceiling was missing a few panels.
