I’m reaching out to express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent order that was meant to be a birthday gift for my wife on May 28th.
I specifically chose and paid for expedited shipping to ensure the gift would arrive on time. The promised delivery was within two business days, but it has now been six days, and the package is still sitting with FedEx in transit.
Unfortunately, this delay has completely ruined the surprise and the celebration. I trusted Mejuri to deliver not just a beautiful product but also a timely and thoughtful experience — and that trust was let down.
